Rooms were lovely and clean. The breakfast was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Standard double room whey to overpriced at £127, wow i was exoecting more for that price, small room, only 1 pillow each on bed, marked stained carpet, shabby sills, leaking sink, shower unusable, cery small and a fixed shower head....how can you clean properly wirh a fixed unit above your head!, and not cleaned to my standards, dirty blinds in cafe eating breakfast, for £127 you need step it up a bit, my stay my room i value it at £85 tops

Great hotel staff excellent. The only problem for us was the noise from the cabaret room. If you want an early night during the weekend you've got no chance!!! Room 109 directly above.

We were visiting the area for the Lytham Festival. Firstly, the location was excellent, as all the Lytham hotels were fully booked. Reception staff were helpful and were available 24 hours. The room was comfortable with all we needed. Bathroom and shower were great. Not massive but more than adequate. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options, cooked or continental. The main breakfast waitress was extremely efficient, whether it was quiet or busy. We were lucky enough to get the car parked right outside the front door for the duration of our stay.

Good location for the nearby Lytham Festival. Great staff, decent breakfast, basic hotel but we knew that.. Blackpool is very very tired, but we knew that too..

I didnt like the fact i booked a family sea view room and wasprovided with a top floor of hotel in a narrow attic like room which hada terrible damp smell considering i had a 1 year old infant the lift is not up to date at all really struggled with apram in and out very dangerous trying to maneuver ìn and out.

Great hotel great staff great bed and overall a great weekend

Had a brilliant stay at The Carousel. The staff are all lovely and can't do enough for you. We stayed bed and breakfast. The breakfast was a buffett with plenty of choice. We also booked a table each day for an evening meal which also had good menu choices.There was no entertainment when we were there, but totally understand that if there's not many guests at the hotel its probably not worth their while. There is a bar though which we did go into each night with a good selection of beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks. Would highly recommend The Carousel and would stay there again.

Professional, helpful & pleasant staff

Nice hotel. Great staff and good breakfast. My only criticism were the lifts and difficulty navigating the maze of rooms and corridors. I think you need more sign posting. Came down one set of stairs as lift hadn’t been closed properly upstairs and couldn’t find my way out. So just more signs. Otherwise a nice place and very friendly.

Lovely hotel

Great location for the pleasure beach. Lots of free onstrereet parking on teh streets behind the property. Breakfast was excellent and plenty of it - good coffee too!
