I wish I could give 0 🌟 because they dont deserve any. This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I've had. The property was advertised as a hotel, but it felt more like a house that had been divided into multiple rooms, which was very misleading. During my stay, there was no reliable electricity, the lights went out, the sockets stopped working, and there was no internet access. As a guest, these are basic amenities that should be available and functioning. The room became extremely hot and uncomfortable, and I spent most of the night sweating. I contacted the host immediately and even provided proof of the issues, but I did not receive a response until several hours later. The lack of communication and urgency made an already frustrating situation even worse. Overall, I felt misled by the listing and very disappointed with the service provided. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, reliable stay.

An apartment was advertised. The photo was of a different property. I received a room in a house which I doubt would pass a fire inspection. No curtain on the window. It was a fraudulent let and I'll pursue the owner for a full refund

Good location, great facilities in room, clean and tidy, secure access, tea and coffee topped up, good bed.

The photos shown are of another property this person lets. I would not have felt safe staying in this accommodation regardless of cleanliness. We were met by a lady who didn’t speak English and who had dirty track bottoms on. As we walked in the entrance was filled with a tumble dryer on and stacks of cupboards precariously stacked on each floor. The room was at the top of the house but the rooms leading up to it suggested that this was for people needing emergency accommodation. I was with my son and expected a sofa bed, but we got a small double with a manky carpet and an en-suite you wouldn’t be able to sit on the toilet without touching the under sink unit. We left immediately

Great stay. Very clean. Ideal location.

No one there on check in had difficulty finding the property (A picture on site would help) After a couple of calls someone arrived. Room clean, bed was horrendous and hard with dip in mattress to one side. Room has shelves which were not attached correctly and loose. Hot in room as only patio window to open onto flat roof and busy main road. Wooden floors throughout which is a nightmare as you hear every footstep from room above. Couple in room above had domestic till 3am no staff on property to sort it out. Shower good, massive sink in bathroom which is unnecessary and looks daft. Wont use again

Cleaning staff was great. The room was not what was advertised and when we contacted support they mentioned that they could do nothing about the request as it "at least had a bed"

Room was very clean and tidy. Easy check in instructions. Ideal location for Canary Wharf.

Beared no resemblance to the pictures, was noisy, washing machine and tumble drier were in hall way, in use early morning. Bathroom tap was loose, tiny window which even though the room was hot couldn’t leave open as its ground floor facing road! Room was tiny

The cleaning lady was very nice!! However this property is click bate. The pictures you are shown of the cute little studio with a kitchenette and yard is not at all what you get. Of course when I booked I wasn’t paying much attention to the other pictures for the booking. I just assumed they were the same as the ones advertised. Over all the place was very clean. However it was by far the loudest room I have ever stayed in. There is zero installation and you can hear every step of the person staying above you. Which again I had no idea that someone would even be above me. Also make sure you book with the card you intend to use for the charge. Again I had no idea this wasn’t a “hotel” situation where you can change your card upon arrival. The host was of absolutely no help when I asked to use a different card. All they said was they already charged the one on file and wouldn’t even let me try and pay another way. Called a representative for Hotels.com which were also not of very much help. Spend the money to stay somewhere else. I should’ve looked better into the reviews so it is also my fault for booking in the first place. I wish I would’ve taken photos to add to this review but I couldn’t get out of there fast enough on the day we needed to check out.

Noisy room, can hear everything in adjacent rooms especially footsteps, loud enough to awaken from deep sleep at 4am.
