Excellent stay, the room was very clean, staff was helpful and friendly, great location. I would stay again.

The cleaning lady was very nice!! However this property is click bate. The pictures you are shown of the cute little studio with a kitchenette and yard is not at all what you get. Of course when I booked I wasn’t paying much attention to the other pictures for the booking. I just assumed they were the same as the ones advertised. Over all the place was very clean. However it was by far the loudest room I have ever stayed in. There is zero installation and you can hear every step of the person staying above you. Which again I had no idea that someone would even be above me. Also make sure you book with the card you intend to use for the charge. Again I had no idea this wasn’t a “hotel” situation where you can change your card upon arrival. The host was of absolutely no help when I asked to use a different card. All they said was they already charged the one on file and wouldn’t even let me try and pay another way. Called a representative for Hotels.com which were also not of very much help. Spend the money to stay somewhere else. I should’ve looked better into the reviews so it is also my fault for booking in the first place. I wish I would’ve taken photos to add to this review but I couldn’t get out of there fast enough on the day we needed to check out.

Noisy room, can hear everything in adjacent rooms especially footsteps, loud enough to awaken from deep sleep at 4am.

Very happy perfect for work trip

Jag och min dotter bodde här tre nätter under vår vistelse i London då vi bland annat deltog i ett evenemang i O2 arenan. (Bara en hållplats ifrån Canary Wharf till North Greenwich) Vi är nöjda med boendet då det var rent och snyggt och värdinnan var tillmötesgående och hjälpsam. Hon mötte upp oss när vi kom och förklarade hur koden till ytterdörren och lägenhetsdörren fungerade. Vi bodde på 9 Gaselee Street, rum nr 91. Under våra dagar där bytte hon handdukar, badlakan o städade rummet. Det fanns ingen AC men en fläkt som vi använde flitigt eftersom det var över 30 grader varm ute just då. Sängen var skön att sova i och det fanns tillgång till en garderob. I köksdelen fanns det ett stort kylskåp att förvara matvaror i och bra med skåp o lådor. Fräsch dusch och toalett och en liten uteplats att sitta på. Det fanns även en tvättmaskin installerad. Vi kan rekommendera detta rummet, vet däremot inte hur övriga rum ser ut.

This is great for short-stays only. I had a concert at the O2, so I only stayed for one night. It’s small, the walls are quite thin, and it doesn’t feel too safe.

The address for my listing was changed at the last moment upon check in. When I got to the apartment it was NOT the one listed nor the one i thought i was renting. Agent refused refund of any sort, i was willing to accept a partial refund and they refused that as well. 0/0 I will never return to this listing.

I stayed here for a concert in the O2. Only a 10 min uber to arena and felt safe walking in the area at night. Staff are very helpful if you need anything and rooms are secure.

Nothing like the pictures. Okay if you just need a room for a gig at the O2. The cleaner lady was very helpful.

It was really great and the people were really helpful, we had everything we needed. There was a later check out time which was nice and they let us check in early. There were also bicuits.

Although the location was absolutely perfect for our trip (and easy to get to the O2), there was no communication of how to get into the property until I decided to call the number on the booking. We were on the ground floor at the back and the ceiling was very weird as had sky lights that had been covered over and if you’re a light sleeper, take earplugs as it’s next to a main road and London airport is very close by. But all in all, a good location & clean.

Would not recommend this property, myself and my friend felt unsafe the whole safe. We had someone shouting and threatening to kick doors down, I messaged the property, they replied saying ‘ Unfortunately, as the hotel is managed remotely during the night, there is limited physical assistance we can provide.’. I would recommend to stay else where.

Easy access to local tube station, terrace room basic but clean, good size with open plan kitchen, ideal for a one night stay (number 7) however very noisy at night
