Great location

很舊，房間設備不很清潔 隔音很差，能聽到隔壁房客說話 房間無暖氣只有電暖煩爐，單層窗11月已經很冷 洗手盤水壓很少 外牆有工程進行中，8點便有噪音

1. 房間稍微有點窄，床尾通道頗窄 2. 浴室的水不知道帶什麼東西，洗澡時花了很長時間仍覺得有黏液的感覺，沒辦法完全洗淨（絕不是洗頭水或沐浴液的問題） 3. 房間帶咖啡機值得一讚👍 4. 房門有點緊，有時沒有留意房間完全未能自動關上

酒店位置不错，就在海德公园旁边，附近有2个地铁站。订的双床房，房间很小，刚入住插电时保险丝烧坏，房间没电了，也修不好，给我们临时换了大床房，结果连住几天也没有服务员给我们换回双床房（请改进）。酒店没有冷空调，被子还很厚，走廊都比房间凉快，睡觉一身汗太难受。

Tired hotel. Room in the basement. Dusty, tired, no windows. Rip off.

Vi bookede et værelse i deres mezzine Afd. med dobbeltseng. Det var i kælderen og med 3/4 seng. Gulvet var fuld af store ubeskrivelige pletter. Vinduet var blokeret af byggematerialer. Fliserne på badeværelset havde ikke flere fuger tilbage og lå ikke længere fast, men skøjtede rundt. Wc kunne ikke skylle ud og det stank af mug. Aircondition larmede så meget at vi ikke kunne holde det ud. Den kunne så desværre ikke slukkes. Vi nægtede at sove der, men fik ingen hjælp overhovedet, og de ville ikke engang ned og se værelset. Manden ved skranken var meget ubehøvlet.. “hvad havde I regnet med til den pris?” Var svaret. Vi endte med at måtte betale 1000kr extra for at få et andet værelse. Virkelig dårlig oplevelse.

Under renovations - room was nice. Only real issue was they only had 1 working elevator. We were 15 min waiting for it to go check out

Absolutely horrible stay. The hotel is undergoing renovations. There are no ACs in the two basement floor rooms. There are no elevators to go up to the 1st floor. Most double rooms don’t have an AC. appliances are broken. False advertising.

From the fire alarm siren being set off every 10 minutes in the morning and afternoon to building work and refurb taking place without the rooms actually being ready, the overall experience was poor. Very little bathroom space and the space in the junior executive suite was completely misleading. I would like a refund

Very clean and well presented hotel, staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely room with everything we needed including fans as it was a heatwave when we stayed. Ideal location for all attractions only 2min walk to tube station, cafes, bars and the park. Excellent value for money in London will definitely book again on our next visit :)

Pros: clean hotel with excellent location. Cons: the entire hotel is under construction, meaning you will have scaffolds outside your window and you'll hear construction work starting around 8am. Also, if you have dietary restrictions, the breakfast is not great.

Overall a very positive experience. The location is very convenientlu located just a few minutes way from Queensway station on the Central Line and when you enter the lobby you get that feeling of this being a big hotel. Upsides: + Newly refurbished rooms. + Large TV with chrome cast. + Helpful and kind staff. + Aircon. + Refrigerator. + Size of the room okay compared to price. Downsides: - Queen size beds are a bit narrow for sleeping two adults. - The bed and pillow a bit soft. - The aircon is wallmounted and quite noisy as well as the guide vanes blow cool air onto you. - The breakfast is £15 per person and not worth the money. Your money is spent better outside the hotel at a cozy café or the like. The hotel is going through a major refurbishment but this should not count as negative, as this will soon be over and it didn´t bother us. But because of the work, only one elevator is available for a 7 storage hotel, which made the wait a long sometimes.

The room was located in a different area of the hotel, which was not as advertised. There was no lifts, so we had to carry the suitcases in the escalators. It was clean but had a weird smell, it was also next to the outside dumpster alley. The location of the hotel was good, near to more than onde station.

Everything was good, got the basement room for affordability.

The ongoing renovation works didn’t disturb us. Staff was friendly, rooms, even the ones below ground, were ok.

Very good hotel with almost every thing you need for a comfortable stay. It has hair dryer, spring water, room slippers and shower amenities. Would stay here again
