Room very nice,and the staff were very helpful in overcoming a few problems.Excellent facilities Lots of parking space.

Bit of a let down dirty bathroom leftover hair in sink and bath, restaurant was understaffed felt sorry for them but a 20 min wait for a drink and menu is excessive. Place looks tired and badly signed, have no idea where anything is

Excellent beautiful hotel, excellent gym and lovely food. Really enjoyed my stay and will stay again .

Very good

Although a little tired in places, the overall ambiance and the level of service more than made up for it. I felt so relaxed and really enjoyed.

Lovely pool and gym , shame there wasn’t a separate bar instead of being incorporated with dining area , so if you was a later arrival , you wouldn’t be able to get a drink apart from water or coffee

flies in bedroom windows were i kept windows closed but these glys were in room on ealls also fly blood on curtains it was disgusting. i woke ip with bites on me tomight i got burmi g blisters everywhete these are the long flys queens i will never go to champneys again

A wonderful place to spend time with family, has great walks, fantastic spa and pool.

All of the staff are super friendly and helpful around both the hotel, spa and restaurant. The spa is fairly run down, both of the steam rooms didn’t work. The changing rooms had a weird smell. The bedrooms were average, the taps in the bathrooms very unclean, covered in toothpaste.

Unfortunately, it was not worth the money as a lot of facilities were not available or they were not working

Nice place. Clean and quiet.

Its tired (or at least my room was,98). The layout is odd. Atmosphere is a bit drap. Its so big i think its an impossble task making this hotel a modern luxury unless its totally revamped. Location is beautiful as is the main entrance but it peaks there.

Spa itself and accommodation is excellent, service in the restaurant needs improvement, as does bar service, we were just ignored !!!! lots of others saying the same, not sure if it's a lack of staff or whatever.

Amazing

There is so much to do you could easily spend a weekend without going out of the grounds. Pool is great jacuzzi and hydro pool helped after a hard day. Breakfast is good and poached eggs are superb. The only two things that were negative were the room was a little hot and we had a noisy weir outside however got used to the noise after time with windows open. There was a fire alarm at about 2.30am. Overall fabulous stay

The hotel is nice. Stay was was okay, layout is horrible, very long walk from car park with bags to some of the rooms like mine. Got lost many times, signs aren’t clear. Lack of information about hotel in the room. Restaurant shut when I arrived could only have watermelon or cake from a coffee bar.

Shabby room.Shower that did not work. Broken tiles in miniscule bathroom. Never again!
