For older folks traveling from other places carrying heavy luggage, not being able to hold luggage in the room upon early arrival is a pain. Also, if not from Europe cells phones and internet don't work well so not being able to contact proprietors can be a problem. If you are able to contact them there's always an excuse as to why the response was late. A younger person would likely appreciate the flat more. Having said all that, the flat was centrally located to the action, was well stocked (except for laundry detergent) and relatively clean. Also, my confirmation gave a misspelled street address name (no "t" at the end of Borough) and the flat name was was not correct per the building name.

Lovely new flat, well stocked and comfortable. The living room is rather small, tight for even one person. Overall was a great stay, only disappointed that the taxes and fees are so high, and that I did not receive the check-in instructions in advance so I had to reach out to get that just before I arrived.
