great accommodation, close enough to local sights if you have a car,the area is beautiful,open fields, country lanes,quiet, good pub and restaurant 100 metres away,friendly people,what's not to like.

The cottage was very well equipped with good quality appliances. It was tastefully furnished and decorated and we felt at home there.
It was quiet and a good base from which to explore the area where there is a lot to do and see.
If we go again to the north-east, we would certainly like to stay there again.

We had a wonderful 3 nights stay. Cottage is in excellent condition in a quaint little village. Good location in Northumberland without the tourist crowds.
