切斯特酒店

櫃檯人員十分親切，很多服務詢問後都會協助。但房間與浴室非常小，一次只能讓一個行李箱攤開。但是離維多利亞車站非常近，走路5分鐘即可到達，靠近餐廳、超市，方便的地方。

交通位置很好 ，員工友善 ，很乾淨 ，只是搬旅行箱上樓梯很小 ，有些費刀

地上一樓，空間極窄，浴室幾乎不能転身，欺騙消費者。下B1樓梯狹小。大廳整理中，像廢墟

Le séjour était excellent, le service du personnel de l'hôtel excellent, la chambre rien a dire. Très calme et idéalement situé. Proximité des transports et autres commodités.

The service was very poor, the place was very dirty, the room was extremely small and dirty, and even had a dirty coffee cup that someone else had drunk. The reception staff yells, receives people from their circle, and talks until late, preventing guests from sleeping. They also smoke in the reception area. My room had no windows, and I almost got cigarette smoke poisoning. They don't clean the room either, and the shared bathroom is filthy.

There’s dirt on the sheets and pillows. They should make better use of the hoover. Apart from that the room is okay.

Room size was too small and smelly and bathroom stench in the room even if bathroom door is closed, bathroom has no pegs to hang towels or clothes and dirty. Very small window. Avoid staying here

I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The pictures online made the place look modern and spacious, but the reality was very different. The room was much smaller than expected, and it didn’t feel clean at all. The bathroom in particular could have been maintained better, and overall the place just felt worn out. Definitely not what I was led to believe from the photos.

Photos are totally misleading. The room was nothing like description. Not clean. Stained carpet. Walls partly painted, dodgy sockets. Tv barely getting any signal, a few channels only. Noise ridiculous. No soundproofing from reception at all. Even staff chatting loudly at reception after midnight can be heard enough to sound like the door is open. On every level this property is falsely advertised. The thought of staying again is incomprehensible.

The Room was messy, on the ventilator there where leyers of dust, under the bed they clean last time a long ago. there was only one bath/shower room for all guests. the wall in room 303 where full of nasty stuff, it felt like a thrid world country snd not london

Perfect location

Smelled of damp and was quite hot. Also it was a shared bathroom even though it said the room had a bathroom in the description

Room still had trash from previous guests and the only bathroom/shower was down 2 floors and was constantly wet and didn’t look like it had been cleaned for days. the room was tiny but It did have a fan in it which was great as it was quite hot and the wifi was high speed and very reliable

Lovely stay at the Chester ot's a very small room and bathroom but it is properly stated on the website so no surprises there. Small Hotel, they could easily spiff up the lobby to make it more inviting and perhaps change the carpet in the room to make it look even more nice amd cozy. Other than that beds were comfy, great shower pressure, all was in a walking distance, we had a beautiful stay

This is a Terrible apartment and we are very disappointed. 1. Dirty and stained sheets and pillows that had yellow stains 2. Dirty rooms, kitchen and a disgusting bathroom full of mould stains. 3. Kitchen…awful..there was a note on the refrigerator door saying “please do not open the refrigerator it’s out of order” They had replaced the big refrigerator with a hotel sized mini bar fridge. 4. Could not lock 2 windows due to no lock. 5. The entrance door on the ground floor was basically placed right behind one of the restaurants table, ha ha, the restaurant guests were really surprised when we trying to get out and in to the so called apartment. 6. And finally, just outside there was some major construction going on with heavy machines cutting up the payment and road, the noice was very loud. Basically this is the absolutely worst stay you possibly can stay in, do not rent this disgusting apartment. I’m very surprised that Hotels.com allow a the place like this on their site.
