I was welcomed by their friendly staffs. They were always energetic & approachable. Sad it didn’t have any self-adhesive laundry in the hotel. I recommend “True Colours Laundrette” the shop keeper lady is super nice & helpful. Just 10 mins walk from the hotel.

The TV is supposed to be working with internet connection. Unfortunately it was not working properly and always got delay. Room cleaning services have to be pre-booked one day before which we didn’t expect. Shower cabinet is small and water splashed out easily. Overall, not so suitable for those who are looking for traditional hotel services.

Very convenient location, close to Victoria station. Staff members were friendly and helpful. Room looks refurbished with everything controlled using an iPad. There were some hiccups with the system in the middle of the stay, but the staff members quickly fixed it.

The hotel is very close to Victoria Station, but the room is very small. All devices in the room need to be configured by an iPad like lights, curtains, air conditioner. This is an artificial intelligence hotel.

Property was great. Very kind staff! We booked this because it was fully refundable. Great location but a few of the properties on the street near it were boarded up and gave it a sketchy feel.
The location being so close to Victoria Station was terrific!
