This was an awesome place to stay for an American family visiting for a week. Quiet and very comfortable with an ideal central location for many of the sites you would want to visit. The staff is amazing. They also have a fairly amazing coffee machine that you can get drinks from whenever you'd like. That was a nice touch.

Great location with Holborn underground station 2 minutes walk away. Out family room was a good size for central London. The queen size bed was very comfortable but the sofa bed quite the opposite! A good selection at breakfast but no good coffee! Coffee machine in foyer was good though. Staff throughout were very friendly & helpful!

Loved the location of this hotel and the spacious room. The free coffee and water was a nice touch in the reception. The air conditioning units were quite noisy though.

Liked free coffee, tea, water in lobby. Nice terrace area with tables in front of the hotel was relaxing & quiet. Room was very clean and ac worked well. Bed was comfortable & bathroom was decent. Convenient for Covent Garden, restaurants, shopping & theatres. Disliked that some rooms were in the basement or had a window onto a narrow dark shaft. This was not made clear on Expedia nor on the hotel website. Price seemed high for that type of room. Staff were helpful when room with actual window with daylight was requested. Photos of bar & restaurant are not part of the hotel lobby but situated in a different building accessed via a corridor.

Well presented and airy

I specifically asked for a quiet room far away from the elevator and was given a room across the elevator. The room smelled really badly my daughter wanted to throw up. So we requested another and was told only the one on the ground floor was available. That room smelled fine but was right by the door to the breakfast room which kept getting slammed disturbing us constantly. My husband forgot his pants and the hotel didn’t find them despite the fact that they said they did, and my husband walked back to retrieve them. In general, it was a pain communicating with the hotel.

Great location, and got very early access to room for very reasonable fee (it was 6am) so happy to avail of offer. Only disappointment was no view due to location of room and dreadful weather prevented walking in Lincolns Inn park.

The fire alarm sounded 28 times between 1.30am and 2.30am. Initially told that someone was smoking on the 6th floor and then that there was a faulty panel! Night porter could not contact support and hotel guests were left milling around at reception and outside wondering whether to risk going back to their rooms or waiting for the situation to be satisfactorily resolved. Completely unacceptable...I am amazed that the hotel has it's Fire Certificate. I fully expect Club Quarters to refund the entire cost of our stay not only for ruining our stay but slso, and crucially, put all our lives at risk by having a faulty, non-compliant fire alarm system. I expect to hear from you at your esrliest convenience. No sleep, highly distressing and worryingly slow response from hotel staff. Won't be staying in any Club Quarters Hotels again.

Check in was easy and reception staff were always available and polite and helpful. Room was perfectly clean. One of the cleanest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. The bed is a Hypnos and extremely comfortable, medium firm. Bedding was amazing! Breakfast is in a different building around the corner but we did not use this or go in. The only thing that let this hotel down is the wifi! It is marketed as ultra fast wifi but this was not the case and I had difficulty working all day from the hotel. The WiFi dropped in and out and this was not acceptable for a Teams meeting, were I was not clearly heard as the internet lagged so bad. At times it was totally lost which affected working.

We had an amazing stay here. The staff are incredibly nice and helpful. After we got in the first room and found it too small, they quickly showed us and got us in another larger one. No London hotel room in any kind of reasonable price range is going to be spacious, but this felt relatively spacious due to having two windows in the bedroom and one in the bathroom. I love natural light in a bathroom! The air conditioning and TV were also amazing. Breakfast next door was extra and not cheap, but good. Mostly loved the neighborhood, too. Not too touristy, but close to a tube station and many shopping/dining options. Beware of quite a lot of street people due to property facing Lincoln Inn Fields on one side. I wouldn't walk in that park at night...

Great property, feels unsafe during the early hours of the morning outside of the park. Otherwise a great stay.

Room compact, clean and tidy, exactly what you need for a weekend stay. Facilities are brilliant, free hot drinks machine on ground floor was a good touch, and water refill points throughout the hotel were great. Brilliant location for transport links and easy access to Covent Garden and the theatres. Staff were friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay.

I booked this hotel for a night in London for me and my wife. We did also have a nice view of the Lincoln's Inn Fields from our room, and it was very pleasant to sit outside the front of the hotel in the evening. The staff were all pleasant and friendly and its location was pretty central. However, it was not at all what I'd expected from the pictures. I paid extra for a room upgrade, but I shouldn't have bothered. Admittedly, parts of the hotel are going through a refurb - what looks to have been the business centre, for instance. It was a very hot weekend in London, the duvet on the bed was feather, so you can imagine how warm that was. With no top sheet, our only options were to sleep with no cover or under the heavy duvet. Additionally, the air con cooled the entrance to the room very effectively, but unfortunately no other part.

Wonderful hotel in a wonderful part of London. Safe, centrally located and right next to a beautiful park and multiple restaurants. Easy decision - stay here!
