The apartment is quite far to tube station, and all the facilities are broke, we were taking a cold shower there, and the heater was not working either. Strongly not recommend this hotel as not worth every penny!!

Near to subway & grocery. Concierge is 24 hours, staff is very polite. I will choice it if I visit London again.

The hotel was a service apartment. Although the receptionist was small, the staff was friendly. The room came with a kitchen with all the cutlery available. The washing machine was free to use. The beds were comfortable. Hotel guests could enjoy free wifi provided the room was booked directly with the hotel, not from outside booking agent.

乾淨整潔的公寓 雖然舊型但是溫馨舒適五臟俱全可以感受當地人生活的住所 洗衣烘衣機是加分. 對需要大空間停留倫敦久的旅客很有幫助. 離附近2個地鐵站約10+分鐘路程. 只是浴室花灑的水非常小 應該是舊公寓的關係但很不好用. 沒有FREE WIFI. 能夠對浴室用品大方些 也許多些廚房基本用品鹽,油會更好. 位在高級安靜的住宅區

1st night no hot water for shower. Bath room tab too shower take shower.

非常舒適寬敞的服務式公寓。 位置方便，步行到 Earl's Court 地鐵站約需5分鐘。 沒有免費Wi-Fi，除非透過酒店官方網站預訂房間。

We stayed for several days. The room is clean and charming. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Will definitely come back again!

Everything is good just five mins walk to tube station comfort stay but no free wifi

Most of the staff were nice and helpful. The apartment was comfortable and big enough comparing with other hotels in London but there was some noises because the apartment is in basement level. A little bit inconvenience if you are carrying huge luggage. Overall, it is a nice choice for travelers.

定的是两卧室公寓，谁知酒店给安排的是地下室的房间而且电梯是不通地下室的，要求换地上的房间，被告知没有就地下这间。可怜我带着老的老，小的小走很抖的楼梯下到地下，通过带着铁栏杆的窗抬头才能看到上面地面透下的一点光，住过世界各地的酒店，还第一次有幸住地下室，这样的房间都拿来出租的酒店居然在hotels.com上还是4星的，要事先知道Hotel.com定的是地下室，我不可能定这样的房间 进到房里，一切都非常陈旧，垃圾桶里的垃圾也没清理，整体感觉很糟糕， 就算有酒和巧克力赠送也抵扣不了软，硬件的不足，真是太令人失望了，绝对不推荐这家酒店

Lovely, clean and spacious apartment!! We had to book last minute and the front desk staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. The location was perfect and I would highly recommend!

This was a great place to stay for a family of 5! It was safe, fairly close to two tube stations, spacious, clean, and quiet. We loved our time here!

This is the second time we have stayed at Collingham and it’s my favourite place to stay in London. Beautiful location, amazing apartments that are clean, spacious and homely! Thank you to all the staff

The hotel receptionist watches us deliberately and helps us properly. The guest room has good kitchen utensils and we can prepare light meals with no problem. The location is so good and convenient we can use two tube stations and some supermarkets are within walking distance.
