Nice and very helpful manager,clean,near 2 station,in London Underground zone2, staff smile and warm

The location is good. The room is a bit small but acceptable. The wifi and breakfast are okay too. It is better than expected given the price I paid for.

I have booked the single room. The room may a bit small, however, I had a great experience with this nice department and environment. The hotel also provided breakfast meal service.

A cheap, average hotel for a short stay. A little more care should be taken with cleaning.

I had a wonderful stay! The best thing about this hotel is the staff — they are exceptionally polite and professional, which made my experience very pleasant. Checked in and checked out with ease. The beds are also wider and more comfortable than those in other hotels in the area. The location is perfect, close to all amenities including shops, the tube, restaurants, and even a church. Highly recommended!

Room had damp which caused our pillows near the window to be wet. No hand towel for the bathroom and felt the room was dirty. Didn’t want to go complain at reception due to having to go out of the hotel, cross the road and go to reception which was in a different hotel. Not wanting to waste time

Location was great, very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you! Great value for the price.

Staff unpleasant Rooms were not clean

The reception staff was terrible. We had to ask for simple things, like extra pillows 3 times before anything happened. Also, the light in the bathroom flickered constantly or didn't turn on at all most of the time. They sent someone up once, but his solution only solved the problem until we turned the light off and on again. We had to use your phone torches to see.

The check-in person was friendly. But the cleanliness was.. Room looked on the surface clean, but wasn’t. There was STRAIGHT hair everywhere, i have afro/curly hair. Also, i saw the cleaning person put the CLEAN towels in the hallway on the floor where everyone walks with their outside shoes. I truly was paranoid in the room thinking it was cleaned or not. The shower was nice, but on the second day there was no water power & hot water.. that continued on the rest of my stay. If you want to stay I would recommend one dag MAX. Location is perfect, but sadly the cleanliness is nowhere to be found. All the rooms need a DEEP CLEAN, to get out the stains on the carpet, etc.
