Impeccable service, spotless room, great location, quiet elegance. My only criticism is that I did not appreciate the new £23 per day charge for the housekeepers that just popped up. When I asked about it, I was told, "But 100% goes to the housekeepers". Huh? Was that supposed to make me feel better? Hasn't the cost of housekeeping always been part of the overall bill, and hasn't the decision to tip or not always been with the guest? This is simply an unfortunate new hidden charge to the room rate.

The hotel is close to the Hyde Park and Buckingham Palace. The staffs were very nice and helpful. However, the equipments in the gym are a bit obsolete. It was cold in the hotel room although the heat had been turned to the maximum.

第一晚觉得洗澡的水压小，第二天早上反映，下午回房问题就已经处理好了。快速处理再赞。
唯一觉得是缺点的，就是酒店餐厅的早餐有点小贵～但是味道不错。不包早餐的，可以一试。

large n Very comfy king bed. All staff are very polite n welcoming. Overall very good!
There is room for improving the cooking skill of the breakfast, e.g. the egg Benedict.
It will be even better if the shower area will be increased in their next hotel renovation.

Return visit, very quiet hotel which is convenient for shopping and nearby restaurants. Room was very comfortable and all staff were attentive but not in your face. Breakfast room was very nice and service excellent (in particular from one lady whose name escapes me). Overall a lovely retreat and of course also convenient for walking in the local parks.

Beautiful spacious rooms. We did receive a room upgrade upon our arrival. Would recommend if you’re looking for a large room quiet area and close to Hyde Park. Only thing was I kept asking for cups and glasses and waters to be replaced everyday. They were not doing it with the house keeping which was annoying.

This is our favorite hotel for our London stays. It's a boutique hotel in a great location - within easy walking distance from shopping, dining, the theater and so on.
If you are looking for a modern, high end hotel and prefer a smaller, quieter place vs a large hotel, I highly recommend it. We have stayed at several of the larger luxury Knightsbridge hotels and keep coming back to the Halkin.

L’hôtel est situé dans une rue très calme mais à proximité des principales attractions de Londres que ça soit à pied ou en métro.
La chambre était spacieuse, propre, confortable.
La salle de bain était composée d’une douche et d’une baignoire. Elle était très grande et très propre.
Le personnel de l’hôtel était très gentil et disponible pour nous aider et faire qu’on se sente comme à la maison.
Le petit déjeuner à la carte est très bon

A little gem in quiet corner. Lovely helpful staff, good breakfast but in room you do have to ask for kettle and tea bags they only have coffee machine and coffee in room.
