Great stay, room very clean, staff friendly and very good breakfast. Everything about our stay was very good - would definitely come back.

Good points: Staff were friendly, accommodation was clean and tidy and food provision and bar was satisfactory. Poor points: The room was pretty sparse and lacking any warmth or character as were the rest of the facilities. We didn’t try the Spa or Golf, so can’t comment on this. gym, sauna, hot tub type facilities (which I would be happy to pay for) are pretty standard in most ‘Spa’ hotels so I felt a bit cheated. Maybe should have looked deeper into the hotel facilities before reservation, but this was a quick decision. Anyway, overall rating is ok.

Staff were great, really polite, room was great and the golf course as well.

An okay base to explore the Cotswolds. The grounds are beautiful and we were lucky with warm weather however the room was very hot and as on ground floor with only a door we couldn’t leave this open at night. The “spa” is only if you book a treatment, there is no pool or anywhere to relax. There was a power cut on our second night meaning guests could not get food and only drink for an hour from bottled drinks. This was poorly communicated and guests were encouraged to go into Chipping Norton for dinner. This was disappointing given we had been out for the day and came back for dinner and wanted a drink without paying extra for taxis. Guests without cash could not purchase anything during the power cut.

Small room, but very clean, every room has a balcony or terrace and staff are all friendly 😊

Quite remote and quiet. Clean and the staff were pleasant, efficient and courteous. The restaurant offered a number of options in a picturesque location

Staff on reception lovely. When first entering the room the bedroom was clean but the sink looked like it had had coca cola tipped down it and not wiped down. Brown marks all over it. Had to wipe it clean befor use. Staff member with blond light straight hair in the evening was lovely. Sunday 23rd and monday 24th march 26

Rooms were very clean and cosy, beautiful views and environment.

Great location, big car park and handy that you can park outside your block. Nice large room that was modern and comfortable with a balcony and large bathroom. Suggestion would be hooks on bathroom door and bedroom door as no where to hang coats. Also the bedspread and display pillows need to be cleaned. Apart from that, 4 mins to Chipping Norton and 8 mins to farm shop, would stay again. Good for kids as could have close rooms. Thought lift was excellent and interactions that we had with staff were great. Did not purchase breakfast.
