Great location and the room is huge it’s not normal for hotels in London, strong recommdation

very conveninent, just next to tube station. Lots of restaurant and shops downstairs. Quiet room.

The receptionist could not have been more helpful. We were early arriving and he sorted out our room so that we could check in early. Staff at the hotel were very polite and helpful. This hotel is well located for a sightseeing, theatre and shopping trip.

Lovely hotel, amazing location. Fantastic helpful staff. Really nice roof top bar. Looking forward to returning soon.

We enjoyed our stay on NY Eve which was to celebrate our anniversary. The hotel has a great location, just opposite Carnaby Street and Soho. The room was fine, great bed and very quiet, although perhaps a little dated and we had some issues with the hot water flow. We dined out and can recommend Bill's which is a short walk into Soho. The bar is really nice, if v pricey, and has some of the original cells where several celebs spent time when this was a Court. The breakfast was good, except the coffee which was average filter coffee in a thermos jug, more what you expect in a Travelodge not a five star hotel! The pool is small but we enjoyed our dip and the sauna is good. Overall, we had a great time and the staff were very friendly.

Asked for more tea and milk did not arrive. Shower temp was either scorching hot or cold. Other than that stay was good with excellent check in

Hotel is great but the room backed onto a very noisy back street with beeping reversing and sounds of glass rubbish being moved.

Vi har boet på Hotellet rigtig mange gang de sidste 10-15 år hvor vi har været rigt godt tilfredse. Oplevet denne han at få et værelse uden skabe. Fik et andet værelse da vi gjorde opmærksom på det. Nye værelse var der mange fejl og mangler. Vi føler at det var fordi vi havde brugt vores

Comfortable, great location.

A very nice stay att the Courthouse hotel! The location is perfect if you want to walk straight out in to shopping, eating and entertainment. The staff were super friendly and very welcoming. As many before us have described, the hotel and the rooms could use a touch up. Although we had a really tidy and comfortable room, we had some trouble getting the water temperature to a useable degree at first. Unfortunately they have rats in the hotel, we noticed one on the top floor... The staff didn't seem surprised when we informed them..

The room was spotless and they gave us a birthday cake, rooftop bar was lovely and all the staff are pleasant and welcoming.

This time the status of the hotel wasn't impeccable. The elevators where not working correctly and the room wasn't as clean as my previous stays... perhaps given the Xmas madness in London, that the hotel was fully booked and the staff couldn't keep up the houskeeping work ?!

When ever I’m in London I stay at the courthouse as it’s close to all the day and night life, restaurants etc, super convenient to reach transportation. Staff are great, there’s breakfast on site. Highly recommend.

Everything was perfect.location service room breakfast . Best option for indians travelling to london.got excellent indian breakfast options. Toilets also have a bidet .
