Super good service. Nice food with reasonable price. Soundproof Windows (Two layers).

It is clean and near Tube station.

地點方便近地鐵，只需要步行兩至三分鐘已到達地鐵站，洒店職員服務好。

酒店就在地铁旁边，房间整洁，装饰现代，床品柔软舒适。WI-FI速度很快。早餐非常不错。前台的服务员彬彬有礼。不错的酒店，下次伦敦会再住这家。

时隔两年第二次入住，依然那么好~地理位置在二三区分界线上，但是出门就是地铁站，处于中央线，超级好！客房清洁超级给力~服务美翻了~\(≧▽≦)/~完美的纪念~

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room amenities good and clean. Quiet stay and very easy check in and out.

Nice and clean. Glad we had a room at the back on the top floor as there is a busy dual carriageway at the front. Nice and quiet. Comfortable bed and bedding. Would stay again.

Parking is ludicrously expensive, £19 a night when the price was not exactly low in the first place. On top of this the parking was limited so you spend the money on the parking without guarantee of having a parking spot Sunday morning the police were at the hotel which blocked me in and meant i could not get to work on time. I understand this is a situation that could not be avoided but there was no effort to address this when raised with staff and was also quite alarming to see this at what i thought would be a secure hotel Upon checking my room on leaving i noticed there was rubbish under the bed from the previous occupier of the room. I notified staff on the desk when checking out but this was not met with any real apologies or actions that filled me with confidence that they cared

My stay at crown plaza was good, the room was clean the bed very comfy and staff friendly. 10 out 10 from me

We had a fantastic stay at The Crowne Plaza Ealing. The bedroom was very clean and welcoming. The public areas inc, The Bar/Restaurant were spotless. Food and Staff (Eric, Britten & Pedro). Excellent.

We had a comfort and nice stay on this hotel. They have a good service, special the reseption woman pepiya. Very progessional and helpfull. We stay in this hotel again.

i gave my stay a 4 star because when i got there i had to wait almost 3 hours to get my room. They just kept saying they were cleaning the room.

The hotel had superb parking facilities and was itself to a very good standard. Shahin on reception was very welcoming and professional. Breakfast was fantastic and rooms very comfy and clean. Would happily stay here again. All staff exceptionally polite and professional!!
