Good location. Only had breakfast which was good and the staff attentive and friendly

Good base for the night before a very early flight

No caso de um hotel próximo a aeroporto, cumpre bem sua missão. Em nosso caso, nos hospedamos uma noite devido a voo programado na manhã seguinte. Oferece shuttle (pago) entre o aeroporto e o hotel com boa frequência. Restaurante bom e instalações bem conservadas.

Excellent location for Gatwick. Nearby shopping and entertainment. Good facilities. Hotel has nice decor and ambiance.

Stayed just one night. Friendly efficient welcome. Comfortable room and bed. Bathroom a bit small but v clean and newly appointed. Great breakfast. Easy checkout. Recommended and would stay again

Tired in some rooms and 6am wake up from housekeeping cleaning other rooms

Stayed here a good few times, so I know what’s available, it’s convenient to walk into town, Food and wine reasonably priced, but please look into the red wine selection by glass, I’d pay more as it’s all like liquid jam!

Great having EV charger but not located in a suitable space

Armoire cassée, pommeau de douche cassé, support de douche cassé, mitigeur cassé donc impossible de régler la douche à la bonne température. Frigo ne fonctionne pas, impossible de dormir car joins de fenêtre HS , rideaux occultant cassés. Partie communes sales et fenêtre cassées, Restaurant plutôt bon avec un personnel moyen Petit déjeuner complet et variés mais seulement 2 machines à café

You cannot change the air on in room, it was so hot we could not sleep properly

Our stay ay Crown Plaza was very goʻd.We had an issue with the air conditioning on the first night ,where the room was too hot.We were given another room that was very acceptable.The staff were really pleasant and keen to ensure our stay at the hotel was a good experience.

Close to airport, stayed only 1 night. Room was clean and spacious. A little noisy at certain points, i guess the kitchen or area where trash is thrown was right outside our bathroom window. The day we were checking out they asked us on several occasions what time we planned to check out. I can understand asking once but we were asked 3 times. One point the staff member mentioned that there was no smoking in the rooms. Well that is standard in all hotels, not sure why they mentioned it the day we were leaving, thats something you do the time of check in. My husband smokes and we stepped outside many times in front of them so was very odd, almost insulting for the staff to happen to mention that to us just minutes before check out. Besides those situations the hotel met our needs but staff needs to have better communication skills

Very comfortable stay! Close to the airport, the staff couldn’t have been better and the breakfast in the morning is very good. Will stay here before any flights from Gatwick now!!

Staffs are good

Bra läge, om man tycker om att gå så är det promenadavstånd till både stadskärnan och K2-arenan. Väldigt sköna sängar och tyst mellan rummen. I badrummet så var badkaret ingen hit, duschslang saknades (fast monterad i väggen eller nere i badkaret) och gjorde det svårt att tvätta håret. Det underlättade inte att det var dåligt vattentryck och temperaturen på vattnet växlade mellan varmt och kallt konstant. Provade inte frukosten. Sammanfattningsvis bra hotell!

The hotel was nice and convenient for the airport. The only reason I have for marking it down a star is that the air conditioning just didn’t work throughout the hotel. We asked for a fan in the room as it was so hot which was provided quickly. When I mentioned it again at check out I was advised they have to set the temperature throughout the entire hotel. Apparently the week before when it was cooler people were too cold so they turned the temperature setting up. Surely each room should be able to individually control the temperature? This is the UK and temperatures fluctuate. There’s a control panel on the wall yet it does nothing. Please sort it out, people don’t pay £150-£200 for a room to not be able to sleep.
