Crowne Plaza LONDON HEATHROW T4, an IHG Hotel

Great staff and service. Large, comfortable room and bath except for extremely hard mattress and pillow. We did not sleep well. Although we loved the meal and service, we would probably pass due to the poor night’s sleep.

Great shower, comfortable bed. Very quiet and nice club lounge.

We had a morning flight out of Terminal 4 so travelling to London the evening before took all of the stress out of the journey.

It was clean and quiet.

Can’t beat this location if flying in or out of terminal 4. Closest to terminal 4. If arriving great for sleeping. If leaving, forget about airline warning of arriving 2 & 1/2 hours early before flight. Get up and go to terminal 1-1 1/2 hrs before fight. Great location.

Our room was not clean upon arrival. It had a huge vomit stain on the carpet as soon as we walked in. The towels were also damp in the bathroom. Also, the bed was a king, but the pillows were tiny and flat. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and eager to help. It was the cleanliness I had a problem with.

Being right at the Terminal and still having access tot he city gave us many options. It worked really well for us.

My stay in this hotel was comfortable. When I arrived my room was not ready but it only took 10 mins for one to become available. I was a bit disappointed however that I didn’t get a room with an outside view even though I had messaged the hotel a few days beforehand. The view was internal and into the main foyer. The room was very clean and comfortable with both a shower and a bath. There were tea /coffee facilities in the room along with robes , an iron , a safe and a mini fridge. Because this was a club room I had access to the club lounge where the wonderful Michaela took great care of everyone! The room also had plug points by the bed which is sometimes rare and lovely hand soaps and lotions

Get the breakfast as part of your room rate. We didn’t and it was expensive for two persons.

A little pricey for Dinner but the staff were great and it couldn't be more convenient for a early flight

This hotel was a great find/ entry in Victoria station and everything you need within. The staff were excellent and the room was gorgeous and comfortable . We had a suite with a separate bedroom and a very comfy bed . The outlook was very pleasant. The daily stocked mini bar included was a lifesaver after a long day exploring London. The Victoria line and others made travelling a round quick and convenient. This was rated as excellent and we fully agree
