This was a great location for our group for an early flight. Good location -very clean- beds and shower! All that we needed !

It was a great experience, on an overnight stay. The property is clean and the room is spacious. The beds are comfortable, we all had a good night sleep and felt well rested. We had everything we needed in the room. Plenty of parking space. Definitely booking this place again the next time I need an overnight accommodation.

Our stay here was a last minute decision to take the stress out of a morning long haul flight and it was perfect. Booked on Christmas day and still received immediate and helpful responses from the owner. The room was perfect for our family of 4. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of off road parking. After we left the owned called to say that we had left a wallet in the room and he very kindly posted it to my home address. Would highly recommend and we will definitely use again when flying from Heathrow.

We have stay here before, we did have a room in the front. We asked to moved and they were very good so we moved out the back .Would come again as we near the railway station to go into London. Very happy with our room and the host 😊

Convenient local for my visit to the hospital opposite. Nice room with kettle and microwave. Clean

I had a good room sufficient furniture, good lighting. The property is well served by buses and has adequate parking. It is in a quiet neighbourhood and easy to find.

The property was set back from the road with ample car parking more multiple vehicles. Access was well organised - buzzing the owner to gain access to the room key - and the room was sufficient for our needs (double bed and 2 singles). We couldnt get the tv to work, but it wasn't a necessity for us so didnt ask the owners

I stayed here for one night in triple room and the overall experience was below average. The room was not properly cleaned and there were hairs on the bed and in the bathroom (i took photos of them). The beds were very uncomfortable and I couldn’t sleep properly whole night. The bathroom was smelly too and i had to spray my perfume in order to lower smell coming out to bedroom. The only plus side was the check in process and staff. I check in process was smooth and Venn was a kind guy who guided me the directions to the property. Overall, I would say that property needs a bit of maintenance and perhaps a change in cleaning standards.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable.The accommodations felt more like a youth hostel than that of a guest house. It was the most affordable option in the area, but that being said- you get what you pay for.

Quite easy to find, good set up, and nice room/space for family. Clean and comfortable beds. No kitchen but didn't really matter for one night and was a shared toilet with other residents so a bit of waiting around but knew this from the booking so not a criticism. Shower didn't work though.

Pathetic property, zero customer service. The weather being hot I called and requested Fans but was told that they don’t provide one and was advised to bring our own. Who does that? Fans are basic. Shocking!! The room was terribly hot and only the front windows will open. I was staying with family with two kids and could not leave it open for safety as the room was located on ground floor. The room was unbearably hot and non of could sleep. I ended up opening the window so that it can become a bit cooler. I stayed awake so that I can watch the window for no one breaking in. The cutlery and crockery provided was dirty. Not even a single bottle of water provided. It’s basic custom to provide water to travellers. Its cost like £1.00 may be. They have a small fridge which is empty but no water. Shameful!! There was only one bathroom for about four rooms with other occupants. It was a nightmare choosing that place and shocked to know why are they even allowed to operate as business. I will be writing to trading standards and also Expedia and will put a complaint.

My daughter and i stayed for one night as had an early start away from home for a funeral. The solitude and peaceful ambiance was perfect for our stay. We had a good nights sleep, in preparation for our difficult day ahead.

The guest house is 7 min walk from several restaurants

The cottage is very cute but there are issues. The check in requires you to call a local phone number if no one is on site which could be disastrous for those without phone service. (Many people travel with data packages only). Also, while they cannot control the weather, they need to have fans in the rooms for hot days. It was very warm and the only cool comes from open windows (no screens).

This was a clean and efficient place, but no frills.
