great stay, really nice staff and great for easy travel, only downside was some nice roads (expected anyway) and then the heating we couldn’t figure out and it was very chilly but didn’t get a chance to ask front desk for help.

This is my second time to stay, overall is much better than before. There is Carpark available but need fee. As my room air conditioning control panel is broken and got too warm to stay for 2 nights, the staff is good to change another room for me very efficiently.
Shopping and restaurants is nearby, easy to walk in a few minutes.

The room and staff were perfect. Breakfast could have been warmer.
Disappointed that they took a deposit on my credit card to cover ‘incidentals’. I’ve never had this before and it feels like the company doesn’t trust its customers..
I’ve stayed in the same hotel roughly once a year for around 18 years. It’s in an excellent location.

We had a suite with sofa bed, so it was perfect for us and our 2 boys.
The water pressure for the shower and taps was really low, so it was difficult to get cleaned quickly.
