The room had a TV but no power socket close enough to plug it into. Bed was pretty uncomfortable, needs a new mattress. Quilt had an old blood stain on it. Bathroom sink was blocked and looked as though it had been for a long time.

At 10pm arrival in the area told by company that my room had been double booked even after a phone call in the afternoon confirming the room slept in car as other hotels fully booked. Dreadful service

Firstly Had to contact them to find out how to get in this should of been sent prior to my arrival!! Once inside I found the facilities were not up to scratch as the tv did not work and the internet was poor at best! The Bed was very noisy and uncomfortable! The noise from the road was awful as I had to have the windows open due to the heat!, would of liked a fan in the room! Tea making facilities in the room would be a good idea. I personally would not stay here again! The name of the place does not match what you get!

Room was very comfortable but we did not receive all info to enter the property, when given detail we found the room was already occupied, was given a different room.
