La chambre était très confortable, propre, bien équipée, bien chauffée.

Checked in at 1.30, very quick and friendly process, nice big, clean room with 4 beds, good shower etc, we all slept perfectly, no noise and was the perfect temperature (we came 20th Dec) . Lovely breakfast included in price, we had scrambled eggs on toast and some fruit.
Location was about 2 / 3 mins walk from paddington station incredibly easy to find! The hotel is a bit tired , but for the price we paid compared to other hotels, it was excellent, no problems at all.

I booked 3-single-bed room, and Hotel.Com also confirm my booking, but they only assign me a double bed + single bed room, it's total different, because we have 3 adult stay in one room， the room is also very hot only have a small fan. Anyway, it's a very bad experience

I dont mind hearing the train, as it will stop after 12, not start until 5:30 (yes, I can tell).
But the fridge keep making noise. I have stayed for 2 nights and I will never come back

離車站不遠，但是剛好住到地下室，一直有地鐵經過，有點超，附近吃的很方便，肯德雞、漢堡王、牛排、咖啡館都有，離Tesco超市也不遠。早餐不錯喔，很豐盛。

Okei frokost, akkurat såpass innhold at ungene ble fornøyde med frokosten. Rene rom og rent hotell. Dessverre fikk vi rom i øverste etasje ("4th floor") og da var det lite trykk i vannet på badet, og lite varme i vannet. Så det var vanskelig å dusje uten tolmodighet. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake, men det blir bare en 3* stjerne (3 av 5) siden vi denne gang hadde rom i øverste etasje. Mvh *****

Der er rigtigt meget støj på værelserne fra metroen som kører lige neden under. Dette er ikke oplyst. Fik først rum i kælderen men det var ikke til at holde ud. Blev flyttet til 2. Sal og der var også meget støj og rysten fra metroen så jeg ikke syntes det går under normal støj i byen. Da jeg skiftede værelse skulle jeg vente til check in tid dvs min. 3 timer hvilket ikke er ok da det er dem som ikke har oplyst om et højt støjniveau.

La habitación estaba en un piso abajo, y la escalera era demasiada angosta para bajar con maletas. El hotel en general se ve algo viejito, pero estaba cómodo, en cuanto espacio y camas. El personal era muy serio y hubieron un par muy amables.

localização boa, quarto bom, comodidade básica, equipe muito antipaticos, grossos e rispidos, parecem que estão trabalhando obrigados. Só havia um portugues no periodo noturno que era simpatico e atencioso.

Era talmente piccola che forse si trattava di uno sgabuzzino trasformato in camera. Non rispettava i requisiti minimi di superficie utile e, per di più, nella stanza c’era un odore insopportabile: ho dovuto dormire con la finestra aperta pur di riuscire a respirare. PS: mi è caduto il portafogli mentre ero alla reception ma me lo hanno fregato in 30 secondi, credo sia anche un luogo mal frequentato.
