櫃檯態度很好，位置離地鐵站很近，還附早餐。

Close to the metro station and tourist spots. Good price with free breakfast. Time for breakfast is limited, only until 09:30. But breakfast is good. There are only 2 WC and one shower room for one floor (with maybe 30 people).

The shower did not work well. Some of the travelers staying there are rude.

交通便利，價格實惠，適合獨身旅遊者。提供免費早餐和毛巾、吹風機、24小時寄物服務。但一樓是酒吧，晚上睡覺時噪音不小，十人房插頭只有門口的兩個，相較之下位於三樓的六人房不管事噪音或房內都舒適多了。

住宿員工非常nice，有問題都會盡心回答。價格便宜還附簡單早餐，以倫敦的物價水準來說非常划算。住宿點就在地鐵站走路3分鐘內的地方，非常方便，離倫敦之眼及倫敦塔都蠻近的，為了省車錢，我們都是用走路的。

A cheap option for staying in London if you have no problem sleeping with many people in a small crowded room with basic facilities. The bathroom and toilet are, however, far less clean then any hostel I have ever been to. Water pressure and hot water supply are very unstable. It will not be a great place to take a bath during winter.

入住第一天看到環境不是很好，還拿著行李爬了四樓，隔天出門回來發現床上的東西全被丟到地上了。但櫃檯態度蠻好的，跟他反應他也很客氣。廚房蠻小的，而且人多時都沒有位置可以坐。浴室淋浴的蓮蓬頭是固定的而且不能調冷熱水，是那種按了水流一陣子就停然後要再按的那種。

Staff were friendly. Room was incredibly hot though, it made for a restless sleep. A large fan was provided but its no good for ones sleeping on the upper bunks which I was. Otherwise, location is great.

When I checked in I was told the reception would be open 24 hours but when I wanted to check out the next day, the reception was closed and the worst thing was the phone number written on the sign they put on the door was not in service so I had no way to reach out to the staff. I had to search the correct phone number on Google myself. But even if I dialled the correct number nobody answered. I rang the door bell nobody answered either. I was in a hurry to leave but in the end I waited for 15 minutes being worried before someone finally came. Another thing was, I know it was a cheap hostel but why did we have to take out the all the covers like the bed cover, pillow cover and duvet cover by ourselves? It wasn’t a very difficult job however when I checked out it was in the early morning and the shared room was still dark. I had to climb up to the top of the bunk bed to do it in darkness, which was dangerous to myself and disturbing to the people who were still sleeping in the room. Why can’t the staff do their own job instead when everyone checks out in the afternoon?

Központi helyen van, remek tömegközlekedéssel, mégis csendes. Belülről szűk, de otthonos. Tisztaság van. Különös tekintettel a zuhanyzóra és toalettre. Mindig van wc papír , folyékony szappan és papír kéztörlő. A konyha jól felszerelt. Tisztán van tartva. Vasalni is lehet. A recepción lehet hajszárítót kérni és akkumulátor átalakítót a telefontöltőhöz. Angliában másmilyen konnektor van! A személyzet kedves és segítő kész. Hétvégén nyitva van a pub, éjjelig hangos zene szól. Pár percre 2 Tesco van, a C10 busz a Victóriáig visz

Valentino at the Dover Castle really helped a lot, super friendly guy who helped me get a 3 night stay last minute, due to evacuation of another hotel. He was very helpful and very positive, hard to find in a guy in London. So a massive thank you to him and his hard work there.

Que pesimo servicio del recepcionista, habla mal a la gente y no hay nada de limpieza ,estuve 6 dias y nunca cambiaron sabanas ni fundas de almohadas, olian a sudor de otras personas

The guy at the reception is very rude! I don’t know why is he working there if he don’t like it! They were painting the hostel so noise and terrible smell in the rooms and hallways!

Very close to Borough station and bus is very accessible. The pub attached as well is fantastic. However the property was a bit dirty and outdated. The toilet facilities weren’t great and had a foul stench. Overall okay if you’re just sleeping and getting around without spending much time in there.
