Very good stay I couldn't fault it.

Tight parking space. We had to park a minute walk from the property which is still fine.

Hotel ok, clean and recently modernised I think. Location noisy and not nice. Parking area not great.

Great stay needs more pillows for the bed but overall a very comfortable night.

Quite basic. Parking on a small patch of land adjacent. No breakfast or restaurant, and unstaffed in the early morning. Clean.

Great little find , the surrounding area looks ropey at first but it was spot on.

Great attentive staff and lovely little hotel within walking distance of the city.

It was nice. I liked everything. The listing mentioned breakfast was available, but on arrival I learned it was not - I'm told this will be corrected in the Hotels listing. There are plenty of places to eat around, and a good Full English breakfast place at the bottom end of the main High Town Road then turn 10 yards to the right, from 5am (very near the train station). Good beers in the Bricklayers Arms.

Really wonderful stay! The room was nice and large for central London and included a desk and 3 chairs. Would've extended my stay but they were booked out! Hope to be back in the future.

I ended up having to stay in this small city because of a problem with my flight. It was a sweet hotel managed by very nice people. Very clean very safe and a nice area of the town. I had never planned on staying in the city. It was one of the highlights of this flight fiasco

When booking I requested a rooms directly next to each other because my brother is an adult but has learning disability. Upon arrival we requested this but was told he’s be in the room opposite. The room was ready for him so we checked in and went to my room. When we returned from our festival at 00:30 I was been offered a room for my brother away from us and I had to complain and say no we were offered room 3 opposite our room no. 5. As it was a larger room they were reluctant to give it but because I stuck to my guns I was then given the room.

Lovely hotel, staff very accommodating and helpful the room was lovely very clean but the only thing I would say is the bed wasn’t massively comfy but we wasn’t there not long so it didn’t really matter!

The member of staff that checked me in last night was extremely unprofessional and rude, as she was during my last stay. This is my third visit and she overcharged a deposit despite my not needing to pay one before for my stay and tried to force me to check out early. She needs to go to communication training and therapy.

It was awful.

Management was second to none.... very professional and polite and helpful in every way.... lovely hotel.....if I ever was to have to need a sleepover there again....this would be my first choice... Thank you Eagle Hotel

Our stay was a short overnight but the host was nice and accommodating the rooms where very very clean
