The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, the Bullring and a number of eateries. The room was rather basic and small without a water boiler or a fridge. You need to ask the reception to borrow a hairdryer, and they charge you a small fee for luggage storage. Other than that, it was perfect for my one-night stay.

An economic choice of a cool place with literal air conditioning. Needs to bring ALL daily items and even a cooker though.

It was convenient and had great access to both parking and public trasnport. There were also great options of tasty delicacies nearby. However, the place was a bit small which may not be suitable for big families.

Just steps away from the Bullring & Grand Central, friendly greeting & located on a cute one-lane street full of pubs & restaurants. But our 2-bed room was tiny! No furniture besides 2 beds, those 2 barely leaving space in between to walk, & no space for our luggage except where it blocks the door & the bathroom. Almost no horizontal surfaces to speak of. Bathroom was proportionally reasonable too, again barely any countertop or horizontal surface, & my elbows barely fit inside the shower booth with the doors closed. We only stayed 1 night, to catch an early flight the next morning, & the room did the job we needed it to: warm, clean, hot water, conveniently located. But not usable for more than 1 night. Excellent staff!!

Staff were great here and very helpful, room wasn’t the worst. But nothing helps the fact the bed was the worst I’ve ever slept in. It was like sleeping on cardboard, awful unless you’re 20 and are happy to sleep anywhere.

Perfect for what we need - clean, great location and modern. Would stay again.

Walls are made out of paper, you can hear alot middle of the night, the room we had electrical problems so we got changed to another room which the TV didn't work, and a fire alarm went off because someone vaped in their room on another floor, so everyone had to evacuate... Honestly it was a horrible experience but... Other than that the location is perfect (very close to city centre)

This wasn’t my first time staying at this hotel. On this occasion, it was for a night out with friends. Check-in was super quick, taking less than a minute before we had our keys. Customer service was average, with not much conversation from the person behind the desk. The water pressure was really good, but due to the room having no window or ventilation, it became humid and damp, which is something I would change. That said, for the price, you can’t complain.

The easy hotel is brilliant as-long as you can get over not having a window, the room is clean, me and my partner stop here as it’s good when we have a night out in Birmingham, the water pressure is good and it’s convenient location makes it a no brainier, for the price you can’t ask for anymore, beds are comfortable but only one pillow each!

Basic rooms but clean and convenient location

Positives: room and bathroom exceptionally clean. Negatives: room very cramped with limited storage, but the worst thing by a mile was the noise and seemingly paper-thin noise insulation - have never stayed anywhere where the noise see from other guest rooms was so bad, including voices/conversations/ toilets flushing/footsteps/music/tv.
