The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, the Bullring and a number of eateries. The room was rather basic and small without a water boiler or a fridge. You need to ask the reception to borrow a hairdryer, and they charge you a small fee for luggage storage. Other than that, it was perfect for my one-night stay.

An economic choice of a cool place with literal air conditioning. Needs to bring ALL daily items and even a cooker though.

It was convenient and had great access to both parking and public trasnport. There were also great options of tasty delicacies nearby. However, the place was a bit small which may not be suitable for big families.

非常近Birmingham lime street station, 但房間非常細。WiFi , 寄存行李，電視等都要逐樣收費，總之就是一分價錢一分貨。

Excellent location, does what it says on the tin, basic no frills, clean and tidy. Good for a one night stopover.

Basic room. I was in a room for people with access needs so there were multiple cords to pull if there was an emergency- was paranoid I'd catch one accidentally due to their locations. Make sure you get a room with a window

There was no power to the room and they couldn’t fix it. They wouldn’t move us to another room without charging us more. It smelt like vomit

it was particularly easy and great to shower with plenty of hot water and the facilities were just right for the size of room and the price

Doors are very loud when closing, so good luck if you have neighbours and they're coming in late when you have to be up early. Doors are also not very good at insulating noise, so commotion in the hallways is clearly heard. Location is convenient for getting to New Street Station, but lots of people always asking for money in area.

room was as described however we were only given one towel and bath mat for the two of us, no other towels or hand towel in sight. other than that was all good and as expected for the price
