來這間住兩次了 共5晚
第一次淋浴間排水孔堵塞
第二次室內大燈有顆不亮
反應得到的都是:抱歉， 我們現在沒辦法做什麼，必須等到明天/星期一（上班日）維修人員上班才有辦法處理。
等到checkout 了都沒人維修
只是說抱歉也沒任何補償 覺得失望
另外第二次有人在房間吸煙 味道透過抽風系統跑到我房間 睡前跟早上各一次 各長達30分鐘或以上的味道 實在很不開心

The staff are nice and super friendly.
Room is clean and comfortable, price is fair.
Close to the Tyne bridge, bars nearby are nice but noisy at night.
About 20 minutes to walk to and from train station.

It was basic, bed was uncomfortable, not enough pillows. No drink making in the room, £2.50 for hot beverage vending in foyer. Only good thing was central location, but not ideal if driving as car park cost outweighs cheap hotel room. If driving get a better hotel with parking

City centre location, ideal for quayside. Don't like the idea of leaving my card details. No coffee/ tea facilities in rooms, no air conditioning remote. It was cold. Bed is super comfy though.

Had a nice stay here!
The hotel is in a very good location, coffee shops and famous attraction are all just around.
My room is in very good size and was very clean.
And staffs in the reception is very helpful too.

Really nice hotel clean and central only a few things the door heading to lift slams maybe we were close to it goes constant no hair dryer or kettle but for a cheap clean stay and to be in the middle of Newcastle excellent
