Actually, cannot comment the service of staff because it is limited communication. There is no window room with low price. If stay for a night, acceptable.

Clean and tidy. Very convenience.

For a budget hotel, it is worthwhile. Clean and warm room. Don’t expect too much, no electric kettle, teabags or coffee, table, chairs at room. Small room for putting one luggage suitcase.

The room was a great size for me. Comfortable bed, lovely bathroom. It felt compact and cosy. Was the perfect place for me to rest my head and to explore sheffield for a day.

Very good. Nice clean modern room. Adjustable heating, and a comfy bed. Will visit again.

Staff downstairs was very supportive, and the location/price is awesome.... Safe and easy to commute with ...

Got interrupted in the night by someone trying to get in the room and the bed was harder then the floor

Basic room just what was needed

My room had very little space and vertually no storage space. It was very different to what I am used to and because of this I thought it was over priced.

Front desk was empty for around 15 minutes upon arrival, area surrounding the hotel is sketchy and there were some suspicious looking people at the door of the hotel which made it feel unsafe/intimidating to get in

We wanted a cheap hotel that was accessible for the city centre, close to amenities, given we can’t travel too far as my wife is in a wheelchair. The room was clean and the staff friendly, however having a room with no windows is depressing and you totally lose touch with the world. The main issue for us however was the degrading situation that my wife was placed in just in terms of getting into the hotel. There is a wheelchair lift next to the entrance as the lobby has a number of steps to climb. As the wheelchair lift is behind the fixed window we couldn’t access onto the ramp itself. So our option was either for my wife to haul herself up the stairs in an undignified manner or for us to use the delivery entrance around the back of the building in a really dark, dingy and threatening at night location. The staff were happy to open the rear shutter door access but it was humiliating to have to be treated differently. That really shouldn’t happen these days.
