尤斯顿广场酒店

1.位置極佳 火車站LONDON EUSTON，underground Euston站 行5分鐘，Euston square站 1分鐘，Warren St.站2分鐘。行3,4分鐘就有幾間超市。仲有巴士可選擇 2. 因為舊樓改裝，走廊窄，房間細，要打開兩個大行李箱，就冇路行。只有小枱面，冇柜。浴室是全玻璃門，抽氣扇強度隋光暗增減，所以睡覺時，調暗就抽氣好弱，洗左衫就好難乾，就算開大冷氣也一樣。 3. 入住時浴室馬桶上方有一扇窗，窗前有一凹位，嚇然發現有一條男裝內褲

厠所有點怪異！沒有浴廉！

we stayed 4 nites. Room was not cleaned. I checked in around 9:00pm. The shower gel bottle and the shampoo bottle in the bathroom were broken. There were hairs on the floor of the shower room. This condition keep on for every day. Towels were yellowish and don't feel clean.

The hotel is right at the corner of a busy street and above the metro. Excellent location but very noisy (you can hear ambulance siren all the time, because it's across the street from the University of London's hospital.

Location is great and very convenient with metro station nearby (less than 5 mins walk). Lots of restaurants within walk distance (10 mins). Hotel service is good and clean.

The location near the train station was convenient, but surrounding area felt unsafe with trash and homeless people.

Sentralt hotell med hyggelig betjening

Handy for an overnight stay near Euston Station. Comfy beds and clean enough but fast food wrappers lying on the floor of the lift were apparently of little concern to reception staff.

Great area but wish they would provide conditioner like every other hotel.

Front desk needs better marketing skills for building partnerships within the community for visitors to utilise. Pad in room does not have Internet connection for most of the options. Limited toiletries, those there were watered down. No extra bedding in the room. Blind in window does not come down, only one working blind. Not enough milk in room to make multiple cups. Fridge not stocked, so having to get supplies from shop. Price steep based on the above.

Melhor hotel que já fiquei em Londres. O quarto standard não é muito grande mas é impecável de limpo. O banheiro é impecável na limpeza também, chuveiro maravilhoso. O pessoal da recepção muito prestativos, assim como o garçom do restaurante e as meninas brasileiras da limpeza. O hotel fica em um lugar estratégico para quem quer ter fácil acesso à estação de metrô(literalmente do lado) ou à estação de trem Euston Station.

When we arrived we had a quick and friendly check in and the first impressions of the hotel were good. The room was lovely, clean and spacious with everything we needed. It was a nice surprise when a member of staff knocked on the door with a selection of fresh fruit because we were the hotel's 'VIP of the day'. This was a lovely extra touch. I would definitely stay again

The location was great. The staff was kind, helpful, accommodating on every way possible. We had two rooms and they allowed us to have an available room immediately and later they offered a bigger room. The only problem was the water pressure in sink and shower and hot water often in the sink instead of cold. We will stay here again.

The shower ceiling was mouldy, dirt around edges of shower tray. The TV in the room was tiny and set in the corner of the room against the wall so really unwatchable. The TV was controlled by a tablet which wasn't charged when we arrived so we had to wait til it was charged before we could use it. No room to move around as the room was absolutely tiny. Noise from the road was so loud it kept us awake most of the night. And from the window all you could see was the encampment of tents set up on the opposite side of the road. It didn't feel very safe walking around on the evening

Aircondition didn’t work. Maintenance guy gave as extremly bad support. His recommendation was, increase the temperature to 26 instead of our 18 according to him it then should work. We had to change room…

Accueil perfectible, literie très très étroite et de mauvaise qualité, sol de la chambre en très mauvais état (trous entre les lames, vis qui dépassent…) et climatisation en pleine figure toute la nuit…
