Location is excellent. Very close to the train station. Property has no air conditioning. It was terrible hot weather in August. Day and night home was very hot. Hard to sleep. Check-in process is very stressful. They didn’t share the address until a day before of arrival. Email response was very slow.

Had a good stay at City Stay apartment with few initial hiccups . However the team was super helpful and acted fast on our concern .This apartment is super close to Euston underground . Very convenient location to explore central london .

Close proximity to central London’s transportation hub.

Lejligheden er fin og pæn rengjort. Moderne og god indretning. Håndklæder, sengetøj mv. var pænt rent. Der var fin forsyning med klassiske hotel items såsom kaffe, sæber, lidt snacks mv. Sovesofaen var nem at håndtere og udemærket at ligge på. Beliggenhed er god og meget central ifht metro. Deraf følger selvfølgelig forventelig trafikstøj. Baren under lejligheden var ikke generende (heller ikke fredag og lørdag). Eneste reelle minus ved lejligheden er, at den er meget varm, når solen er på, selvom vi brugte mørklægningsgardiner i løbet af dagen. Vi var der i juli (23-25 grader udenfor).

This place was great, with one big exception. It was over 90°F, and there was not really any way to cool the place down. I would not stay there again during the heat of the summer. The host did try to help me out a bit with an air cooler, but that still wasn’t sufficient. It was definitely convenient to the train station, and there were a lot of fun places around the area.

Great location, clean property and nice renovated rooms. Would be nice to have local channels on TV for the little downtime between sightseeing and outings.

We had a fantastic experience overall but the lock was tricky and we could've used an extra set of keys since there were four of us.

Excellent location. Excellent service from the City Stay Aparts. Flawless really.

serviesgoed was wat karig en plinten in de keuken hingen los. De buitendeur naar het trappenhuis kon niet op slot en dat gaf geen veilig gevoel. Maar over het algemeen was het een prima verblijf voor mijn gezin in Londen.

Nicht das sauberste Viertel. Das Apartment war landesüblich gut.

God lejlighed med plads. God beliggenhed tæt på metro st.

Hébergement très sympa cuisine équipée chambres correctes suffisant pour court séjour. signal très faible pour la tv même si l’antenne est mise en hauteur. Proximité de la gare Euston top idéal pour les déplacements. Malgré le pub à proximité pas de bruit la nuit (appartement du 2eme donnant sur la rue passante) top Le personnel de city appart disponible communication top . Je reviendrais sans hésiter ☺️

Estuvimos bastante cómodos apesar de algunos detalles, como que un día en la noche fueron a tocarnos unos individuos y un ventilador se nos cayó y se hizo pedazos.

The apartment was spacious 3 bed rooms with 2 bathrooms. The kitchen was fully occupied with all utilities The building has no elevator so we carry the luggage upstairs. No A/C and it was really HOT in July. It was in front of Euston station so it was really noisy There were a lot of restaurants and cafes and supermarkets around us

Good location, some traffic noise and noise from Euston station on the other side of the road though but not more than you would expect in central London The property as the apartment are quite worn, bed size and comfort is average. Bathrooms are nice and the apartment is quite spacious. Nice and clean at arrival. Friendly and efficient communication with the staff at City Stay

The apartment could use some work. It looks nice in the picture but it's quite run-down. The shower was leaking from the top floor to the bottom so we were down to one shower. But every time we ran into issues, they came by and addressed them right away. They're very responsive which is great. The Internet was very unreliable. Overall, I think the apartment is 3 star at best.

Amazing location and surrounded by lovely dining areas with shopping!
