The property is listed as an entire apartment - IT IS NOT. This property is a shared house kind of property. There are six rooms in the property with ONE shower for everyone to use. Despite the appealing pictures, the reality is quite different. The shower cubicle is broken, leading to a flooded bathroom every time it's used. The kitchen needed to be cleaned. The sink was clogged with paper and food, and the vinyl flooring (in many places) was ripped. My check-in was far from smooth. I was initially assigned to an occupied room, then moved to an unclean one with a bed that clearly had been used. At that point, the property promised to send a cleaner, but they never arrived. I left the property the following day, and the property contact ignored my messages and refund request. This was a complete nightmare.
