We stayed there for 6 days. It is generally very good for money. I could always take food from the fridge to cook in the pantry, not only for breakfast and prepare the lunch boxes. There are bread, ham, bacon, susages, eggs, juices, milk...., also unlimited supply. It also has the washing machine and drying machine, free of charge. The location at Tooting is good too. It takes around 5min to walk to Tooting Broadway Station. It takes around 30min to City Center by North line. Going to airport only change tube once at Leicester Square. Taking bus route 44 is convenient too to Victoria. There are lots of cheap stuffs around the hotel. Check out time is 11am, maybe a bit early.

Exactly what advertised, it was just a place to lay our head after a concert in Brixton. No problems friendly staff

This is a perfect location if you're on a budget and want to feel "local". The staff are very kind. Lots of floor space and outlets. Room has a FAN which is amazing. Would stay again. Would recommend. Close to tube/buses. Food shoppes and restaurants are close.

Great pricing, solo traveller just need quiet place to reat and it was perfectly fine. Also good location to tube

Very convenient as was just staying the night. Staff were friendly and I’d definitely stay again

Clean single bed, kettle and supplies, and en suite which was all I needed. Breakfast was included but was DIY so I didn't bother. This provided a decent option in the area I wanted to stay. Easy walk to Tooting Broadway tube. I did feel the mattress could do with being firmer.

This is a very good cosy nice place to stay well worth it for the price loved it here

I am homeless right now, I stayed for 2 night. I would stay long term if I could afford to. Te cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in for a long time. Thanks

Use of kitchen Excellent value for money

The staff member I met was very friendly and the location was easy to find. I had a room with towels provided and a private bathroom. I was pleasantly surprised and very comfortable. Breakfast was available with access to a kitchen which contained a washing machine plus dryer. I enjoyed my stay and I was given knowledge of the local area by the kind staff member. I would stay again as you get privacy, a clean room and a welcoming local community with great access links to all of London. Thank you for a very good experience 🙏🙂

Clean but over all rather tired looking

The quality / price ratio is good. Some things that in my opinion need to be fixed. The two doors of the built-in wardrobe did not open well as they touched and stuck on the ceiling The shower doors don't close properly The TV remote control doesn't work The bed is decidedly "old"; mattress too soft, you can even feel the springs on the base

Be mindful when booking here if you're a light sleeper, the windows are very thin!

Nothing fancy, but does what it says on the tin- clean and tidy, quiet, good idea with the help/make yourself breakfast and communal kitchen . Helpful hosts. Good value for money.

Bit like staying at a bedsit

Room was ok, could do with some TLC and updating. Also a very narrow and steep stairs reduced accessibility. No lift so had to park wheelchair downstairs and slowly work the stairs. I did notify access needs in advance but was allocated a room on the top floor, which is poor planning. So my scores mostly in the middle.
