The hotel is nice but far from the center, anyway everything OK, I will stay again.

Locatie ziet er wel verouderd uit, kamer tapijt in slechte staat, badkamer met kleine douche en plafond met schimmel. Jij hoort alle kraken geluiden van kamers ernaast. Personeel was wel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het is oke voor alleen overnachten.

The Fox Connaught is the cutest hotel. Great pub downstairs and the rooms are huge. Feels like you’re in a super cool, historic home. Close to transit and easy to get anywhere from.

Personeel was aardig. Het zou goed zijn om een adapter Europe to uk in de kamer te hebben. Jammer genoeg was mijn kamer de eerste nacht na mijn verblijf niet schoongemaakt. Volgende ochtend moest ik 70 min wachten, nadat ik twee keer naar beneden ben gelopen, om te vragen naar nieuwe handdoeken. Kamer was tochtig en gehorig. Dit kwam door een raam met heel dun glas was afgesloten. Bed was ok.

Has a great pub with fab food easy walk to train

Positive, the staff where friendly at reception and behind the bar, but after that it was the worst place i have stayed. I was in room 6, there was a leak so the carpet was continuously wet outside the bathroom. I put down towels and asked for more to shower, not arrived. I got bitten during the night from either bed bugs or bugs to do with the damp. Room spelt damp also.

An independent jewel with character in the middle of corporate Travelodge/Ibis chains. Good beers, good food, great staff and large rooms.

Very pleasant welcome and convenient location for our trip. Our room was small but did the job for the amount paid.

Really nice staff and welcome, made us feel comfortable and happy to answer questions about getting into London. Very conveniant for O2. Improvements - asked for batteries for remote to tv, never arrived, remote not work, towels had hairs on them not ours, socket for kettle looks burnt and had to plug in other socket for it to work. Stains on carpet and ceilings and shower does not work at all. Very noisy for planes n trains.

The hotel is okay, and the staffs are nice

Nice athmosfere in a pub-environment. Very friendly staff always ready to service you. Not luxury but cosy.

FOX Connaught London, near Excel London NEC is an excellent hotel and bar venue, and a serene location. Comfort, cleanliness, hosting with care and kindness from their team - Dominic, Aaron, Steven, Holly, Logan and others - made my stay most enjoyable - fabulous team management ALL working together like best friends. Very convenient that the underground train station 'Custom House' Elizabeth Line and DLR station is half a mile walk from Fox Connaught. Also the Nbr 300 bus and other buses are a couple mins walk, just around the corner from the hotel. Free parking for residents and ALL guests who attend the restaurant and bar with its cozy indoor and outdoor seating for dining, cocktails, meetings and friend/family gatherings. Bargain value for money with delicious dining and breakfast all day long- compliments to the chef. Looking forward to visiting often. Thanks to Hotels.com for offering bargain prices 👏

Very nicely located close to ExCel, train station and close to the water as well. Great atmosphere, lovely and helpful staff and amazing food. Beautiful, old building. No lift/elevator, so beware if you need easy accessibility.

I enjoyed my stay in London

This place was overly priced for the location and amenities. I felt unsafe walking to public transportation. It smelled outside and obviously had people living/staying in the bushes. It’s also not on a direct line to London. I felt misled since that was the most important thing for me. They should state what line the public transportation was on.

Great food discount uf you show your key, access arranged if you come back after thevpub has closed. Room was clean, spacious and fully equipped. Highly recommend

Really comfortable bed but a pretty small room which I wouldn’t have wanted to share with another person as not a lot of room to move around. It took a long time for the shower to go warm and at one point I didn’t think it was going to. The carpark had plenty of space and it’s a 7 minute walk to Excel and a DLR station. The lady who checked me in was very friendly but the rest of the staff were pretty surly. The hotel is part of a pub. The windows in my room didn’t open much and there was no fan or air con and it was 30 degrees! It wasn’t mega expensive but I’m not sure I’d stay there again.
