Beds are cozy, clean & tidy. Free car park, staffs are nice. Everything is good. Brilliant!

Friendliness of staff

Lovely staff. Lovely food.

Smelt of dog in room, noisy and couldn’t sleep. Manager rude when I complained.

Food and services first class. Room spacious and comfortable. Busy hotel but no problems with being accommodated in the restaurant.

Hotel is punching above its weight

Check in was good. We were given a family room where we would walk through the restaurant and upstairs. On a daily basis from around 6am we would hear doors opening and closing, people walking around. The hotel did not have air conditioning and we opened the window but again we would get the noise from the surrounding area. We asked each day (3 night stay) if an alternative room/rooms were available but unfortunately not. Location is good, close to beach and town.

A pleasant and friendly h

Hotel is in a fantastic location opposite the beach and convenient for shops and restaurants. Our room was very comfortable and clean with a lovely sea view. Breakfast was table service but very slow. On our last morning a coach party had just left and the staff were more concerned about clearing tables than dealing with the small amount of people waiting to order.

Nice place, seafront, reasonable enough prices, decent room

Fantastic large room with a great sea view, huge comfy bed and good shower. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really nice and the bar man made us some really good cocktails in the evening. On site parking was limited, but we expected that and there is plenty of seafront parking just a few yards in front of the hotel.

Really enjoyed our 1 night Sunday stay. The room was excellent for the price,and the staff really friendly from start to finish. Great location also,will definitely stay again if visiting this area.

Cant fault the hotel or location. Booked a family which was plenty big enough for the 3 of us. Room was clean and spacious,1 double bed and 2 singles in a separate room. Only thing i could fault was the breakfast, not the food or restaurant area iust the way its charged. £10 for a continenal breakfast only or £16 for hot breakfast (eg full english,hot sandwich) including the continental aswel. So if you just want a hot breakfast only you still pay the £16,rather than just a single price.Location was literally 2 mins to the beach and arcades.

We have been to Glendower hotel quite a few times. Have stayed in other hotels in st Anne’s but always go back to glendower Hotel. Ideally situated, rooms all spotless and comfortable. All staff are so friendly. Will definitely be going back.

Lovely hotel at a reasonable price. Family room was immaculate and so spacious. More like an apartment room. And really quiet. Bathroom spotless, the only negative was the water from the shower overflowed onto the floor, making it a bit of a hazard. Ideally situated to get to the beach across the toad and right around the corner from st Ann’s shops The only thing it’s missing is a pool and it would be perfect Would definitely stay again
