Great attention from staff.

Was fine for the price!! Bed to sleep in. Bit of a walk to the station but for the price it was fine

The room was very basic, literally 2 beds, a small tv on the wall that didn’t work, a kettle and a chair. Very dusty and it had dirty towels left under one of the beds. It had beside table that had a broken door, there was a huge hole in the wall and the tap on the sink in the bathroom was coming off. The beds were very flimsy as well.

Polite welcome and conventient location...however room was awful, matress disgusting, shower awkward to work (but good once the temp was set). Wardrobe broken, hanging cables, dubious door lock

This Hotel does the job for a fairly decent price. No thrills included and could be cleaner, some issues with the shower too. But the staff were helpful and quick to help with any issues.

Hotels drab and weary. Room was ok, shower would have been better had it not had a split shower hose, bed was comfortable, tea and coffee in the room

The room was clean and beds comfy, although rather hot- we had to have the window open. A bedside lamp would have been nice - the overhead lights were a bit harsh for the evening. The reception staff were super friendly, overall we were happy.

The hotel receptionist would not let me check in.

A crappy house defined as a hotel

I spend a lot of time in budget London hotels. This offically is the worst. The room smelt like a prison cell. The bed was just a pop up frame and the mattress was too big yet still horribly uncomfortable. The fridge didnt work. The tv had 2 remotes and neither of them worked. Neither did the tv. On a positive note, the shower pressure was great. However, the drain was clogged so it flooded the bathroom. The room also included a scabby old sock over the smoke alarm. The room placement also left more to be desired. It backed onto what was either addition external rooms or drug houses. Over my two day stay i had a regular visiter making drug deals right outside the window and on the 2nd evening a local homless man knocked on my window and asked if i could lend him a ciggarette. This passing trade became a bit of a problem due to the immense heat in the room meaning the windows needed to be open. Unfortunately the radiators could not be adjusted and the supplied fan sounded like it may explode at any second. The great risk of visitors and threat of robbery left me slightly on edge even if i did know I had someone to chat to. All in all horrendous experience.

Stay was good and affordable . But condition was ok. Staff was very friendly. Parking was available but it was bit hard given the narrow spaces. Rooms and toilets were clean but needs little bit of maintenance

Not the greatest condition, with a tiny shower room, not the best plumbing, but a perfectly adequate bed, in a very convenient location, and the price was incredibly cheap, so for what I paid I was expecting an absolute wreck of a place, but that wasn't the case at all!

The entrance lobby smelled of smoke and stale cooked food but the staff member who met us was welcoming and helpful. He found an iron when asked. The wardrobe door was tricky to close. The bed was comfortable but the wc leaked making the washroom floor wet and consequently my pyjama bottoms had to be changed after using the loo!

Neighbourroms and my rom have sound protection. My Neighbour were to noise was vary highly. I didn,t sleep my nights 🙅‍♂️😞

A very good value hotel (no breakfast) with bathroom including bath, tv and kettle. Really all we needed to stay a night in a quiet area of NW London.

The rooms are tiny. The wardobe door was falling off the hinges, no hangers. On suite shower was small and the sink was tiny. Room decor was not good. Staff were fine. We only stayed one night, thank God. The only plus was the 83 bus to Wembley park was right outside on the street.

Love this place. I stay you here quite a lot as it's close to a client. The staff are extraordinarily good, the bed is always comfy, the location is perfect for food places, shops, public transport etc and always put a smile on my face when I see them as the hotel I'm staying inn for a night or two in the diary.

I did not stay. I left 30 minites after arriving

Family room on ground floor had broken window catch. Wobbly tap in bathroom sink which sent a jet of water down the front of my trousers. 3 guests booked but only 2 towels and 1 mug
