Felt relaxed and comfortable in this hotel, even though I was a single guest, as the staff made me feel very welcome and at home. I liked the ethical elements of this hotel. I enjoyed the rooftop bar & being able to order dinner up there too. Cosy room with no tv, which is perfect as it meant I couldn’t hear anyone else’s tv either! My room had a view of the water and water skiers. Housekeeping was top class.

The hotel is not far from the O2 and was a perfect base for a concert. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms spotless. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent place to stay! Only moan, there was music playing somewhere during the night for which I could feel the base, not hear the music, and it kept me awake as I was trying to guess the song!

So this is a waterfront hotel modeled after a Pod Hotel. The rooms are basically 20' container size, ergonomically designed to provide as many amenities as possible in a room half the size of my walk in closet. The bed is comfortable, but runs wall to wall to window. THERE IS NO CLOSET, 6 plugs booked into the wall to hang clothes. Pretty awesome for a student, but I was traveling on business at the start of 5 weeks with suits and oxfords to hang. Food or over priced and GE grade (good enough). Now that's the forensic review.
This is a culturally/socially conscious hotel, and for that I'll overrate! Each room has a name on the door because that room supports that person in Central/South America with a week of school for every night booked. As much as I like my 5 Star $600/night hotels, I cannot ignore the social equity this business claims, that seems legitimate. So, I'll probably stay there again, though not for business.... As a novelty when I'm in London with my wife.

The hotel staff and concept of the hotel was most redeeming and excellent. Everyone working for the hotel were exceptional and my opening experience was with Kieran and Raluca and closing with Randa. There were many others too. The social impact values were embedded throughout the hotel.
Stunning location and area.
The rooms felt very basic and very small compared to the lobby area. It felt in the room quite claustrophobic.

Even though I wasn’t much at the property for too long but the bathroom wasn’t clean enough as shown I felt. Also, the bathroom was very tiny. I was told to pay for the security service as I checked in, which was not mentioned on the time of booking. Which is a bit misguiding to the customers. The who checked me in wasn’t clear enough and seemed to be bit unbothered as didn’t even have clear information about what floor was I on or anything.
