Really nice hotel in a beautiful setting, very comfortable and clean room. We didn't use the restaurant or bar, as we spent most of our time looking after elderly relative in the area, but I imagine it would be very good, if the rooms were to go by

Wij zijn half september geweest Echt geen 4 sterren waardig -het was in de kamer koud en het regende veel, maar de verwarming deed het nog niet, kregen een klein electronisch kacheltje die amper warmte gaf -te kort stopcontacten bij bed , 1 persoon kan maar telefoon opladen -kregen 1 grote en 1 kleine handdoek, dus als je je ‘s ochtends en ‘s avonds wilde wassen had je pech - badkamer was ook ijskoud - dun toiletpapier bij 4 sterren verwacht ik dikker - miste een stopcontact in de badkamer voor scheermachine en fohn

The food in the restaurant was wonderful and great value for money

Stayed for a wedding - the venue is set in a stunning location. Everything about it was perfect. The staff were polite and friendly and the silver service and the catering for the wedding was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Beautiful building and grounds. Helpful staff. Room a little small - no closet, no place to sit.

Lovely property

Clean, good facilities, quiet amd check in was very easy and the youg lady was very helpful and friendly.

My 1st time of staying at Gorse Hill for one night and it was a blissful experience. Clean rooms, friendly and very helpful staff. I will plan to go back there.

Very good property and grounds

Price was reasonable, beautiful surroundings, nicely decorated and clean rooms, very quiet which is good if that is what you want...

Good value

It is a old property that i like and large and impressive. Staff by check in and out and i the restaurant were excellent. The breakfast could improve.

The room was of a great stand. The staff are very attentive and efficient. The food was excellent and very well presented. The waitress are very attentive. The bar man came round to inform guests, the time for last orders. The visit we made just happen to be the hottest day of 2025. In the room we stayed in i didn't notice air conditioning. This is NOT a a complaint IT an observation. All roud on our visits a very good value for the money we paid via Expedia.Keep up the great work you are doing.

Was a great experience - would stay again

Absolutely fantastic place to stay especially if going to a Passing Out Parade at Pirbright. The staff were amazing and went out of their way and the rooms and service was exceptional. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
