very impressed. great setting in a historic building. one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in.

Nice old fashioned manor house. A nice change from the the modern cube room. Nice staff esp. the breakfast team. Small issues of maintenance in my room - bedside bulb broken, shower hose leaking badly. Wanted to report it but the reception was unmanned when I left. Would definitely stay again. Could be cold in the winter I had an attic room .

The hotel looks very nice from the outside with big grounds but the inside is very dated including furnishings!

We stayed in the music room, the room was spacious and very nice. However, it wasn't very clean, the skirting boards where dirty

Grafton Manor is a unique hotel with old world charm. The star were without exception friendly and helpful and the breakfast and dinner was excellent!

Beautiful Manor to stay in plus lovely quiet surroundings. Staff very friendly & helpful will definitely be returning in the near future.

Always a pleasure to stay

Had the potential to be an amazing stay in an old country house. The bedrooms have names not numbers. Music room bedroom was fantastic to look at when i stayed in april. But there were dead flies and dead hornets on the carpet where the carpet met the wall , at least 30 all around the edges of the room. Whom ever vacuums the room needs new glasses. The sink was embarrassingly slow to drain and wouldnt completely empty. The shower contols fell off in my hand. In the morning the bathroom was so cold i wasn't able to have a shower . The bedroom was only just warm enough end of april .

The hotel is an old fashioned manor house with lots of character. The staff are great and very freindly. The rooms are very spacious and beds extremely comfortable. Great 1 night stay whilst on business in Birmingham.

This hotel is a bit quirky, with old fashioned furniture, but the rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Food in the restaurant is very good

A quaint old Manor House. You would want to go here for the quietness and character. I would suggest a perfect wedding location - hiring the while property and its 14 bespoke rooms. We stayed in December purely to go to a local family event and was perfect for that but in summer would be lovely for a wedding with a marquee in the gardens to cater for a much larger guest list.

Charming old manor house, just what we love, and the staff were brilliant, food was great too.

It’s a beautiful gothic building very comfortable. The staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Will definitely stay again when staying in the area. We stayed on a Monday night unfortunately the restaurant is closed on Mondays, would have loved to have tried the food, the breakfast was excellent.

So nice, so welcoming, so expensive to eat.
