Brilliant b and b. We would happily stay here again. Bedroom was large and comfortable. Plenty of hot water for shower. Whole building was spotless. Hosts delightful. Breakfast delicious

Mycket nära till tågstationen och gång avstånd till centrum, lite längre till Charlestown.

A B&B that I will definitely stay again whenever I visit St. Austell. Warm, cozy and great location (it only takes less than 5 mins walking distance from St. Austell station, 10 mins walk to town centre) it's like going home as owner was friendly and warm, deco was warm and lovely, and most of all, home cooked and wide choice of breakfast was magnificent. I believe it is the worthiest place to stay with all these and amazingly low pricing charged. Big thumb up and highly recommended.

A B&B that I will definitely stay again whenever I visit St. Austell. Warm, cozy and great location (it only takes less than 5 mins walking distance from St. Austell station, 10 mins walk to town centre) it's like going home as owner was friendly and warm, deco was warm and lovely, and most of all, home cooked and wide choice of breakfast was magnificent. I believe it is the worthiest place to stay with all these and amazingly low pricing charged. Big thumb up and highly recommended.

Adelaide & her family are friendly, welcoming hosts. They were able to provide helpful information e.g. best places to park on our days out, and kindly accommodated all our little requests. Spacious bathroom with a good shower, tea/coffee replenished daily, great breakfasts... overall good value for money and a handy location for exploring other parts of Cornwall.

Owners are incredibly welcoming and really friendly. We very much enjoyed our daily chats.
Breakfast was as belly busting as you wish. Eggs straight from the hens in the garden. All dietary requirements are well catered for .
Bathroom could do with updating although everything worked well and was perfectly adequate.
We enjoying having a beer and a cuppa on the terrace.
We had a very pleasant stay.

Excellent B&B to stay in St Austell. The host was fantastic and very friendly, and the breakfasts were delicious.
In close proximity to the train station and center of town, but not noisy, with very comfortable beds and clean room.
Will definitely visit again if I get the chance to. Highly recommended.

朝食のイングリッシュブレックファーストは細かく食べたいものを選べ、とても美味しかったです
フライトの関係で早朝出発だったのですが、朝食用のサンドイッチを用意してくれました
とてもアットホームな雰囲気で、またここに来たいと思える素敵な宿でした
