The hotel is new and the interior design is good. But the location is not convenient, no restaurant, no shop nearby, just one small supermart there. And need 10 mins walking time to Underground, go to another place by bus is more convenient.

The hotel itself is in great condition and the location felt very safe, even when walking around late at night.
Unfortunately, we experienced a couple of disappointing issues with the staff. When we returned to the hotel after midnight, we found the front door locked, even though we had been told at check-in that the entrance would remain open 24 hours. We had to ring the doorbell repeatedly and wait quite a while before someone came to the door. When staff finally appeared, they asked how they could help us, and we had to explain that we were guests staying at the hotel.
Another frustrating experience happened early in the morning when housekeeping staff were working in the corridor. They were extremely loud while moving equipment and cleaning the room next door, which woke us up. The noise level was surprisingly high and made it difficult to rest.
