We stayed in the studio suite, it was clean, comfortable and well furnished. Great shower and comfortable bed. Good information provided about easiest walk down to into town. Easy check in and done basics provided for breakfast together with a bowl of fruit. Both much appreciated. We didn’t have a view but that didn’t spoil anything. The one improvement I would suggest and it’s only a small thing, would be to have a motion sensor nightlight in the socket near the bathroom, the two steps to the bathroom are not easy to climb safely in you need to use bathroom in the dark. Der Weg in die Stadt bzw. zurück von der Stadt ist kurz, aber recht steil. Wer ein großes Bad benötigt, ist hier falsch.

Location & Views The views of the harbour are truly stunning and one of the standout features of this guest house. It’s well situated for exploring the town—there are steps directly opposite the apartment that lead down to the town near the Co-op, though they’re quite steep. If you prefer a gentler descent, there’s another set of steps a little further down the road opposite the blue house that are much easier to manage. Apartment Comfort & Amenities The apartment itself looks lovely and is in a great location, but comfort was a bit of a letdown. The bed was very uncomfortable due to worn-out springs and could really do replacing. The bathroom is compact but functional, with a powerful shower and complimentary shower gel and shampoo provided. Thoughtful Touches Dressing gowns and slippers were a nice touch and added a bit of luxury. The kitchen was well-equipped with a kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. A pint of milk, orange juice, and a loaf of bread were waiting for us on arrival—a really thoughtful and appreciated surprise. Overall Experience While the apartment had a stylish look, unfortunately most of the furniture was quite uncomfortable, which detracted from the overall experience. A beautifully located apartment with gorgeous views and some lovely extras, but it could benefit from a few upgrades.

The stay with Harbour View Guest House was fantastic! Danielle went above to make sure all was taken care of. she was friendly and helpful! The small touches to our studio were so special. We loved our stay here and will be back! It is above the town, on a hill and a few steps, so those with mobility concerns might ask a few questions to ensure this is right for them.

Good communication by host, nice location

Liked the fact that it had both a refrigerator and a microwave very convenient especially in the morning Wonderful response from the management agency particularly Daniel answering our question our question. My only real complaint would be about the quality of the furniture, that has to be the cheapest rental furniture ever. Even low quality by Ikea standards. The table and chair in front of the beautiful front window Nothing nothing more than outdoor patio furniture. And I would Suggest Wouldn't be that expensive and get some artwork on the walls and maybe a floor lamp or table lamp Instead of the 2 big bright chandelier. Maybe be more creative and provide some additional shelving or storage area. Overall, we enjoyed the stay but renters need to be aware in order to get that good view you do have to walk up a bit of a hill.

Beautiful location with gorgeous views of St. Ives. Host extremely helpful. Very spacious. Came with assorted fruits, pastries, milk, smoothies for an easy breakfast. Very quiet location. Extremely clean, modern decor. Great value! Can’t say enough how wonderful this place was!

Great location, friendly service, comfortable room. Breakfast was simple but set us up for the day. Good stay overall.

Absolutely beautiful property big bay windows to watch the harbour out and a very short trip into the town centre. We loved it here easy access to all the beaches from this property. The girls who run the place are so kind and organised. And the parking was a huge bonus.
