Great location, space and facilities

Great little cottage and location (no Yorkshire tea 😂)

Lovely place to stay and perfect for exploring West Yorkshire and the Peak District. Accomodation was very clean and comfortable and owners and neighbours very friendly. Also has a lovely little courtyard where you can watch the sunset with either a glass or a cuppa. Will definitely stay again.

Ideal location, very spacious and well equipped house. Very quiet area and hosts were welcoming and friendly. Lovely to have the off street parking.

LOVED the spa like separate soaking bathtub and shower as well as the bed and pillows! After traveling overnight 10 hours by plane from Miami, FL and then another 3 hours driving a rental car from London-Heathrow, this is exactly what my tired, stiff, aching muscles needed to enjoy our trip! I have chronic neck problems which often leave me with headaches in the morning but I didn’t have that problem here! Also, this was convenient to walk to stores and local eateries. We stayed here to sightsee in Holmfirth (LotSW fan) which was only a short 5 or 6 mile drive.

Lovely little cottage with everything you need Very clean and comfortable

well laid out with everything you could want for a short break, just be aware there's lot of stairs down to the bathroom and bedroom which wasn't a problem for me but could be a challenge for some.

Exceeded expectations, the pictures don’t do it justice. Everything you need, a real home from home. Bed was so comfy and the cute little courtyard and gorgeous bathroom were lovely surprises

Phenomenal accommodation. Bathroom was beautiful, modern fully equipped kitchen. Information pack supplied by owner was superb and we found an excellent restaurant, within walking distance. Would highly recommend this gem of a property. I only wish I could have stayed longer but for work commitments, I would have.

Luxury boutique with home comforts. A perfect base for a mini break in Yorkshire.

What a great little place. Stayed overnight and ordered a curry to be delivered. All in all a lovely little place will definatley be back.

The bedroom and main bathroom are downstairs, so I left all my luggage upstairs in the living room, which wouldn't be that great if I wasn't on my own. As all the reviewers have said, the bathroom is like a spa, there was plenty of hot water and good water-pressure.

Perfect place to stay. Super comfy bed and sofas make it home from home. Lovely touches like outdoor furniture and milk and butter and breakfast things. Thank you.

This is the nicest and most luxurious holiday accommodation I have ever stayed in. The décor was classy and well thought through. There was even complimentary bread, butter, milk, cereal, tea and coffee. There is plenty of space, which after being on the road for a few days staying in cramped hotel rooms (which did not cost less) was a welcome relief. The washer dryer was a godsend. The local village is easily accessible and contains shops, pubs, restaurants, and takeaways. I will definitely book again and have no problem recommending Heaps House to anybody.
