劍橋市中心希爾頓酒店

The check-in is slow, inefficient and chaotic which wasted so much of our time and caused lots of inconvenience. The staff is aware of the issue but didn’t show any concerns or try to help the situation. The room is in reasonable shape but the lack of amenities for a Hilton is unacceptable. This is a hot summer here in Cambridge and they don’t even have a fridge in the room?! Don’t expect to have coffee in the room either because they don’t have a coffee maker here… just tea bags and cheap instant hot chocolate (not that I would drink but no instant coffee either). The location is good. So, don’t expect the Hilton quality or service and you would probably be happier… think Marriott Courtyard or 2~3 star hotel…

The room is very clean and modern. There is a designated car park solely for the use of hotel's residents, which enhance the safety confidence. The hotel is located at the centre part of cambridge and adjacent to the shopping mall. It is highly recommended to stay this hotel unless you have limited budget.

Convenient location. Staffs are friendly. Had a great chat with a Japanese staff at lounge. She was very friendly too. Breakfast was great.

The location is good, walking distance to all sight seeing area. Valet parking. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was clean.

I cannot expect more given the hotel is a four-star hotel. I would recommend the hotel to my friends as it stands out among its peers in Cambridge! The only area of improvement is the shower head which was difficult to manage. One of the concierge staff has gone a step ahead in serving guests. I forgot to ask his name. He is from Australia and used to be working for airlines.

Did give me high floor and good views the voice too loud to sleep

The room is not the 5 stars level, small, no refrigerator , and drinking water in the room, it is not Hilton at all. Disappointed.

For the cost of the room for one night £170, the whole experience, the room were all very ordinary. We have stayed in a lot of places and paid that sort of money and felt very special and looked after and this was just plain ordinary and not worth that amount of money!

Great location. Extensive breakfast

Absolutely love this hotel, lots of space, great decor, dog friendly, john lewis next door, nice staff. Lovely breakfast. Only downfall small mini croissants not that fresh. Bar food good. Also there was an ice machine outside lift and not water. Was my main concern as both myself and dog getting dehydrated and online ordering was closed. Dog station near bar great idea and area close to breakfast for me to leave dog and eat.

Great spot, friendly staff. Our room was quiet and clean, we would return.
