Very good for a stopover before catching an early morning flight.

The staff are exemplary. Friendly, quality service with a smile was delivered throughout our two day stay.

I didn’t like it . No water was given on request. Not welcoming.

Property is excellent . Abegail at the reception was fabulous. She was kind, helpful , patient , and most importantly gave my kids attention and recognition. She made my stay amazing , and i will choose this location again in the future because of her.

I almost didn’t book this hotel for some bad reviews. I’m glad I did book it. Had an amazing experience, from location to staff and cleanliness. Very accommodating I’m Very happy with this hotel. Thank you!!!

Great stay for a layover. The hotel could be better about communicating to guests the options for getting from the airport to the property.

A lovely hotel but I thought I had booked the hotel at Terminal 2. I had searched for the hotel under this criteria. Not convenient for me and one Hoppa every 45 mins.

Everything about the hotel was clean and tidy and smart. The staff are friendly. But the meal in the restaurant was very disappointing. The portion sizes were small even for a restaurant and it would appear that some of the contents of the meal from frozen which should not be the case considering how much it cost. Otherwise, if you’re not going to eat in the restaurant, it was really good.

Very clean property with great rooms. Staff was helpful and professional. Breakfast was a highlight. Very good stay with quick access to the Hatton’s Cross underground station just a few steps away. Only negative was cost of the shuttle service to the terminal.

They provided a room that was not suitable for families or children, and they were unable to offer an alternative or make a change. Additionally, the plumbing system was poor. Furthermore, morning breakfast was great

I was an older guest with mobility issues. Staff looked after me wonderfully, nothing was too much trouble! Food at Jacks Bar and Restaurant was excellent, they even allowed me to make a sandwich for lunch on my long coach journey ( no stopping for food/drinks). Bedroom was wonderful too, Queen bed and accessible room with wet room bathroom and seat! A prlerfect overnight stay and end to my long haul holiday! Would highly recommend, good with children too from what I saw!

It's very confusing to have two Hilton Garden Inn Heathrow terminal 2-3 hotels. Literally The same names. Hotel is clean, very busy and well appointed.

We stayed one night before a flight from Heathrow. The hotel was clean and had plenty of amenities for tired travellers. The staff were welcoming and helpful.

Lovely hotel but room was really noisy at night with an annoying continuous buzzing sound coming from the bathroom/ extractor fan . Unfortunately had very disturbed sleep as a result of this noise.
