I had an issue with just one thing - I was on a business trip and had mistakenly left my iPhone charger plug behind. There was no solution at the hotel to help me charge the phone. In this day and age I'd expect most hotels to hv extra cables/ plugs built in chargers in the rooms.

Stayed at Hilton hotel T5 Heathrow. Very clean and friendly staff. You had planes flying over the hotel, but the place was sound proff. Got a good night sleep. Recommended.

Room was dirty and tired , damaged furniture, shower full of hair, stains, paper peeling off the walls

I stayed here because I had an early flight from Heathrow. The airport hoppa bus picks up from Hilton every 30 minutes. It was so easy and convenient.

Property is nice, BUT, getting to and from property is expensive. Taxi 30 GBP each way, public transport (703)1.50 GBP each way 1km walk. Terminal bus 12gpb each way. For the casual traveller don’t do it. Stay at terminal 2 hotels.

We were told the room type we booked was not available for us upon arrival. Were told they would “upgrade us” but the room we were put in was clearly not an upgrade at all. The room features were very outdated, half the plugs in the room did not work, the tub wouldn’t drain and the AC didn’t work well.

Very pleasant stay, only an overnight stop, but hotel made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. Room upgrade was also very welcome.

Nice staff at reception and booked so we could use the hydro pool after an 11 hour overnight flight. After staying in a doubletree in the US in an extremely comfy bed we were disappointed in how rock hard the mattress was at this Hilton, we had a better sleep and were comfier at the Premier Inn at less than half the cost. We had to eat at the hotel at dinner time, food was nice but very expensive but I can understand that at an airport hotel, we were disappointed that a service charge had been added to our bill before we had even eaten and been served and after going up to the bar to order, therefore not even being serviced yet. Rooms are nice and spacious and modern but the walls are paper thin, not great for people getting up and about at all hours to catch their flight. We used rewards to pay for this trip so we are not out of pocket but I would have been disappointed if I had paid full price.

TAXI’s WON’T TAKE YOU - NOT AT T5! This is a bit of a warning to all who try and get a taxi from Terminal 5. The flat rate is £35 IF (and only if) you manage to get a taxi to take you. I had to try 5 taxi’s in the rank (who all said no), before one agreed. The reason is the Hotel is NOT directly at Terminal 5, it is 2 miles away and taxi’s just won’t take you. It is a very large hotel and should be impressive, but it isn’t. My room was very cold, the bed has a very thin duvet, so I had to ask room service for a blanket. When I put on my air conditioning to warm the room up, the door to my room has a huge draft which gave a loud whistling sound all night. The towels are hard, and they don’t give you a toothpaste glass in the room which you need because the tap/fawcet is at an awkward angle to use easily. The one slight good thing is the breakfast, it’s very good and plentiful - but why they play soft rock through the sound system I don’t know… I won’t be staying here again.

It was a good stay. The lady at reception assisted me with my luggage to my room, which I greatly appreciated. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good too.

Very nice rooms and areas for guests. Very large choice of delicious options for breakfast. Handy for the airport with frequent service on the Hoppa bus from the front door.
