Great location and guest services.

Underwhelming and tired room

Lovely stay for a few days, ideally located. The executive lounge is worth the money, and the views are great. Breakfast was lovely, with everything you could wish for.

Generally good but appalled that nothing available for breakfast in executive lounge and no staff around to help.

stayed for 3 night. Gym is quite small. The room is nice and the executive lounge had great views of the Manchester skyline.

Had to evacuate the hotel on the first night due to false fire alarm. Incredibly had to evacuate the building due to false alarm on second night.

Great location and value

Lovely hotel, quick and efficient check-in, it was to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary and the hotel kindly gave us complementary breakfast which was unexpected but very appreciated

Our recent stay at Hilton was disappointing and did not meet the premium standards we expected from such a reputable brand. The bed was uneven and noticeably flatter on one side, making it difficult to get a comfortable night’s sleep. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was questionable, which further detracted from the overall experience. Given the price and expectations associated with the Hilton name, we were hoping for a higher level of service. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we do not plan to stay again.

Your hotel needs to have better house keeping. Bugs in the bed I cannot upload the photo. Bugs in the bathroom.

excellent hotel, very modern, pool / gym, good breakfast, comfy bed, sky lounge and the biggest TV screen in the bar

The pool is narrow - smaller than it looks in the photos - but OK if you want to swim some lengths. I waited too long to be checked in, 2 members of staff seemed to be doing other things behind the desk, instead of checking people in.
