The Hotel does need renovation to compete with newly build hotel chain. The room size is descend, but the furniture is old and has many scratch. If can do some renovation, I am sure can bring back many more customers.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From check-in to check-out, everything exceeded my expectations. The team were consistently friendly, efficient, and genuinely welcoming, making the whole stay effortless and enjoyable. The hotel was immaculate, the room was spacious and comfortable, and it was clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining high standards throughout the property. Every member of staff I spoke to was approachable and eager to help, creating the kind of atmosphere that makes you want to return. It’s easy to see why this hotel has such a good reputation. Great service, comfortable accommodation, and a team that clearly takes pride in what they do. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and will certainly recommend Hilton Northampton to anyone visiting the area.

Perfect stay

For a Hilton, I’m surprised at how poor this hotel was. A family room, no air conditioning and it was roasting, spare bed not made up, 2 towels for 5 of us. They tried to charge me £8 for parking, but they backed down on this after I had a moan. Not worth £170, although breakfast was very good. Bathroom in the room was tired and room a bit basic. Couldn’t open windows, as went straight out on to outside bar area and very noisy. No more than 3 star!

Nice hotel, big rooms, shower was nice. Only wish they had AC in this heatwave. Staff were helpful and gave extra room portable fans.

It was okay. But there were no bottles of water in the room.

Hotel would have scored a 9 if there had been air conditioning in the room in this hot weather . Staff were so kind and polite . Room very large and clean.

The hotel had great parking with loads of spaces. The staff were brilliant, particularly the nice lady who checked us in, she was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The room was perfect and the restaurant and bar were great. All in all, a brilliant hotel, we will be back

Excellent staff, breakfast, bar and light meals. Hotel let down by having very few parking spaces for the disabled and having to pay extra for the privilege. In addition no lifts to the upper floors and TV didn’t work, despite valiant efforts by staff. They tried to change our room but none available.

Vicki at reception was lovely and helped sort my reservation that I made from Hotels.com when checking in. Staff were brilliant and polite, room was great but no air conditioning but we had a fan. Overall exceptional experience and I will be staying again when down south. Good for families.

Lovely place, nice clean rooms and great food. Staff were really nice, helpful and well presented. I’ve added it to my favourites for future stays in the area.
