King Deluxe Room, 相信除房大一點並沒有用什麼好處, 冷氣制是壞的, 完全不能控制, 但有風可以用. 窗門玻璃很髒, 像幾年沒有清潔. 地版吱吱聲, 床褥並不舒適, 隔音差可聽到隔離房間交談, 門口就是電梯很吵上加吵, 衞生程度一般感覺毛巾沒有深層清潔算是可以用, 整體體驗就是非常差, 但就是沒有一個點衰到極致而要即時投訴或換房. 或者說, 他就像只需要半價的 Holiday Inn 那種狀態, 但就換了個叫 Hilton 的名字. 早餐也是像免費的差不多, 沒有好了多少. 總體而言, 酒店風格很英國, 錢給多了, 但所有事情不變.

Great hotel

I booked a room for myself for a weekend - and it was a good thing it was only for one person because it was like climbing into a cupboard. I could literally stretch my arms from one side of the room to the other. I guess that’s what you get from booking a city centre room. It wasn’t cheap enough to justify the size however.

Rooms looked very tired, carpets were stained

It was ok - but a bit tired. Everything g was just ok from the breakfast, to the room. Check in staff were good

The breakfast was lovely

The room was clean. However the morning we were leaving a chicken bone sat on the floor in the middle of the lobby for several hours.

Staff very helpful throughout short stay

Room was small but clean and had everything you need

All was excellent our initial room had a shower area that didn’t drain so we were moved to another room straight away which was an actual upgrade and lovely and provided with a complimentary drink Living well staff were also lovely and always had a smile

The staff were lovely. The breakfast was tasty. However, the shower was rubbish. At max temperature (and yes I pushed the button and twisted the right way) it was barely luke warm and not a lot of pressure. I stayed for two nights and the shower was equally cool both mornings. I could also hear the person next doors phone vibrating and them snoring! Not ideal as it is extremely convenient for work so I would like to stay again. I hope I just got unlucky with the shower in that particular room.

o hotel é bastante agradável, sem luxo, mas limpo e bem localizado. Equipe cordial. Quarto pequeno, mas a cama e banheiro bons. Em minha próxima visita poderá ser minha opção.

In the centre of the city, very welcoming hotel and a trusted brand

Room door had a big gap under it so could hear everything outside but everything was good

We were moved room after reporting cold water at sink and in shower. In our second room the sink was blocked. Staff had to come and and unblock which do not resolve the issue. Inconvenient with a newborn. We did receive a late check out after that.

Good Front desk were warm, helpful and polite. (Otherwise 1 star) Bad Feels like a 2 or 3 star hotel - not Hilton standard - not worth the price. Small rooms - decor very dated. Upon entering the room...smells of smoke. Tea bags, bottled water and bathroom tissue box not replenished by housekeeping the next day. When requested for on the phone to front desk, no one came in the end. No face towels. Worst of all is the shower drainage - clogged .. yuck.

Everything was perfect!
