King Deluxe Room, 相信除房大一點並沒有用什麼好處, 冷氣制是壞的, 完全不能控制, 但有風可以用. 窗門玻璃很髒, 像幾年沒有清潔. 地版吱吱聲, 床褥並不舒適, 隔音差可聽到隔離房間交談, 門口就是電梯很吵上加吵, 衞生程度一般感覺毛巾沒有深層清潔算是可以用, 整體體驗就是非常差, 但就是沒有一個點衰到極致而要即時投訴或換房. 或者說, 他就像只需要半價的 Holiday Inn 那種狀態, 但就換了個叫 Hilton 的名字. 早餐也是像免費的差不多, 沒有好了多少. 總體而言, 酒店風格很英國, 錢給多了, 但所有事情不變.

Perfect stop with the family. Staff were great, hotel is clean and tidy and rooms are large.

Nice Hilton but room was a little tired. Windows in poor condition and dage to walls in room. Needs a little TLC. Very convenient location next to Victoria Centre.

The staff were amazing, from check in and check out. Not happy paying a £30 deposit which should be payed back as we don’t know until it goes onto our card. The breakfast was excellent, the room was lovely and quiet. We slept well. Well done I would return as long as I get my deposit back.

I didn’t expect much but I did expect more. The staff looked questioning and almost disappointed that we wanted a manual check in even though they’d sent us plenty of email about how we could do it online. £35 extra for having a dog on the room. Got a bag with a few biscuits and a dangerous dog toy but no bed of bowl for that price is unusual. The room was just opposite the elevators so the dog was disrupted every time someone stepped in or out. Usually dog rooms are a bit tucked away but this was the most busy one. One night stand light was flickering. We got only one towel between two people. It was very dark and unwelcoming coming back to the hotel just before midnight. Simply just not a good experience

Room was good

Stained hand towels and no milk or tea bags. The small tray which holds condiments had coffee granules on it ( we don’t drink coffee ). Staff lovely but the room was very standard for the price and not the cleanest. Breakfast however was very nice.

Good location and nice hotel

The staff were all lovely, incredibly friendly and easy to speak to, the instructions they gave us were very clear on how to get to the room and where to go for breakfast. My partner and I were staying for our 9 year anniversary and they very kindly left us a little note wishing us a happy anniversary & 2 mini cheesecakes which were very tasty, so many many thanks for that incredibly kind gesture :) The room itself was well presented, nice and clean and a very large bed which we appreciated - the room itself was a little smaller than expected but this didn’t impact our stay whatsoever. We did have a few issues with the room however - the handle was breaking off the toilet door, making us afraid to close it fully for fear of the handle coming out, the window made a trumpeting sound every time the wind blew (which it did quite a bit given the weather, but my main issue was the pillows; absolutely no neck support whatsoever, they first appeared as though they would be nice and fluffy, but the moment you laid on them they flattened like a pancake and made sleep impossible, I didn’t get to sleep until around 2am with how uncomfortable I was. I didn’t know how to go about resolving this issue as I’d never experienced anything like it before and didn’t get a chance to bring it up with reception when checking out as the check out process seemed a little rushed.

It was a great place to stay for the night.
