The convenient position for the channel tunnel was ideal and the parking was easy. The room was comfortable BUT there should have been a plug socket near the mirror.

Great place for access to the shuttle, staff were very welcoming and I think it’s the cleanest hotel we’ve ever stayed at ! Only negative was it was quite noisy, we were close to the lift and just above reception.

Quiet room. Tv didn’t work but staff changed it when we reported it. Restaurant ok. Offered what we needed. Clean room, pleasant staff and close to the Chunnel.

Great nights sleep and very good breakfast to start the next stage of our journey. The person on the reception was very helpfull and made sure everything went well. Once again great experience and will return as we always have when back in the UK.

Great hotel, clean and comfortable. Room was very clean, comfy bed and good shower. Breakfast was good, usual breakfast items, well presented. We loved the make your own pancake machine. Reception staff were on hand at check-in/check-out and were very friendly. It is about a 15minute drive to Le Shuttle. There is also a Tesco, 10mins away for fuel and snacks.

Not clean at all. Staff tried to be helpful and pleasant, but they were untrained in food handling. New parking charges are a pain in the neck - an additional hassle when checking in for four measly pounds - a real pain. Plus £30 charge for dogs is too much, plus our room smelt of dog wee ! Not a good stay.

Professional and friendly staff. Manager approachable and assisted with parking motorcycle on trailer and our service animals. Breakfast was delicious.
