Convenient for our shopping trip to Bluewater. Clean room air on not working Good choice at breakfast

Check in was seamless. Our room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was amazing and we had options to select from. The only downside to it was the toilet in the room we had wasn’t flushing properly. We complained about it and we got moved to another room which was really impressive. Overall it’s a 9/10 for the amount we paid.

Staff were very helpful, nothing was too much trouble, A very enjoyable stay.

Some parts room need refreshing , showers need a mat very slippery . Little outdated . But most staff were lovely and helpful .

Absolutely shocking check in, ignorant member of staff told us to wait & then he just walked off. After a little while a different member of staff saw us standing there & came over. She could see how aggravated we were, offered us a free drink each & tried to offer good service, but it was a very poor check in. They clearly skimp on the maintenance too, lots of bodging in the room we were in.

The worse place I ever stayed….. considering that I was leaving the parking and was late by 2 minutes and received £100 parking charges 😡

Room was warm and stuffy couldn’t get good sleep because of these conditions. Loud neighbours in a quiet section didn’t help either. Our room was pretty dirty.

Could be cleaner and some paint needed . Staff good

Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were comfortable and breakfast was good.

Basic hotel. Handy location close to my business meeting. One of the bed pillows had a strong smell of nicotine. Water drain in shower clogged, free breakfast just ticks the box as long as you avoid coffee. Good value for money considering location.
