Good and clean

We had an amazing stay. The room is clean and spacious. Staff are welcoming and pleasant. Keep it up! ☺️

Awful! Stayed here the night before a flight. Got no sleep as it’s attached to some trashy club. The club was literally under my room and it was shaking until whatever time they turned it off. Was offered 20% off my next stay. Told them a free night wouldn’t entice me back.

Further from the airport than expected

The hotel is on the same site as a nightclub which was open until 2am so it was fairly noisy. It is not at Terminal 5 at all but in Slough (a £30 taxi ride away from the airport) so not convenient at all for our purposes. Checked out after the first of three nights. Not sure why or how Terminal 5 is in the name of this hotel.

Great value

Easy and convenient option if wanting to stay around Heathrow/Slough. Parking is quite expensive but otherwise, everything else was as expected for a holiday inn express hotel!

They stole my wedding ring from my room 170. As soon as I checked out I realized that my wedding ring I left behind in the room. When I re enter somebody was already there with the bed already made. I was wearing the ring the night we arrived to the hotel because I took some pictures with the ring in my ring finger. The person denied that she saw my ring. I am really disappointed. I left my number and email and I did not receive any response. I have tried to communicate by phone from Utah USA and they pretend no to hear anything. Could you help to get my ring back? Thanks.

I like staff members they serve in reception. Room is large , good double bed , but sofa bed isn’t comfortable, toilet is clean , beds clean is fine but room carpet is not clean. We always used holidays inn. But here we are not satisfied with room floor cleaning.

Breakfast was good. Room was stuffy qmd dry air.

The hotel and hotel room were clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were quick and attentive. The breakfast buffet was nothing extraordinary but had all the basics and did the job. The hotel is very conveniently located for flying out of Heathrow, especially Terminal 5. There are two buses that depart every 15 minutes from the hotel to the terminal. There is not much else in the area, but the location is really convenient for catching a flight.

It is close to Heathrow for a quick stay. It was 3 of us and I loved the 3 twin bed option. Complementary breakfast was nice. Good options for breakfast.

Night staff dreadful. So slow Aircon was awful Car park always full

Security personnel are a bit looming and unfriendly.

Some staff lovely, Hass (manager) checked us in and provided us with extra towels and coffee/milk etc when we asked.. others very rude. No hot drink available at the bar at 10.20pm.Fan noise in the bedroom all night. went to reception at 1am as couldnt sleep, he said no maintenance was available until morning, and to turn the thermostat off at the wall which i already had.window didnt open so room was overly warm. Could hear the room above every time they ran a tap, or shut the door, which went on past 2am... So unfortunately didn’t get a good nights sleep here. Beds are really comfy and probably would have slept well otherwise. Sewerage smell from the bathroom which was disgusting, toilet flush not powerful enough, and mould all around the shower. Breakfast was nice, but would be better with more variety,very minimal menu. Would not stay again 🙄
