Overall services are satisfied under our expection. Just may consider provide a mini refrigerator in a room as all cheese bought for gifts finally were destroyed as those are melted due to a higher temperature in the room😢

Close to the tube station, nice staff

Nice and friendly staff, helpful and active I rented a car to drive by myself and the hotel staff offered me a car park space although the car park was full that evening.

酒店位置極佳，鄰近地鐵站，交通十分方便。員工服務態度好，笑容滿面。食物種類雖然不多，但是十分美味。房間整齊清潔。

Located next to North Acton station which is quite convenient. Price is good which has included breakfast, though the choice of food is limited. Staff are friendly and helpful. However, the air conditioner is too noisy and the shower is too week. My room is looking at the railway and so I can still hear a small sound of the trains even I have closed all the windows. Surrounding is very quiet and there is only few restaurants. But you can just take 2 stations to the huge Westfield London or Ealing Broadway town.

Generally good. The staff is very nice. The hotel is very close to North Acton underground station, just go out of the station and turn right. But do consider carefully if you carry big luggage as there are staircases, no lifts in the station. There are two supermarkets nearby, easy to get daily necessities. The air-conditioning system is excellent, even under the heat wave. The WiFi is weak. There are only a few choices of food for the breakfast but the staff can refill the food efficiently.

價錢合理，服務好，房間整潔，早餐幾好，位置非常近地鐵站。

在郊區，但Underground就在旁邊，交通便利，不錯的酒店。有超級市場及三間pub resturant

Hotel is good location close to underground station. Reception staff are very nice. But room cleaning service is need to improvement. 1) Vacuuming and clear the dustbin not for everyday. 2) Body wash, toilet tissues and facial tissues were not replenishment.

交通非常方便，在Central line North Acton站旁，鄰近有超市。房間也舒適，櫃檯工作員態度好！

交通非常方便，鄰近就有underground，去 Oxford Circus 很近。酒店附近環境寧靜舒服，早餐不錯，唯一洗衣服務價錢太貴！

We selected this hotel because: room with A/C, breakfast, next to subway station, Tesco and Domino Pizza across the street, within London Tube zone 2, and is a brand we trust. And we were pretty with our choice. Minor issues for improvement: shower head was leading water and never get fixed up, shower/hair wash never got filled up so it run out on the 6th night. one of the towers was with brown spot(just one tower out of our 7 nights stay), this shouldn't happy because this brown spot can be seen easily by anyone.

以地點方便又附早餐來說，算是CP值頗高的了，整體也算乾淨整齊，員工態度和善。唯一不能認同的是房務整理，至少4天以上才換一次床單被套枕頭套，即使我們要求也沒有提前換。
